I'm not a poet therefore this is not great

Looking around I do not get a thing For my eyes seem blind for something which everybody else are able to see Their thoughts I hear in my mind And I can't help but to cringe with frustration For I know mind has the thought too Though I want to smile, laugh and cheer At the end of the day It all remains the same Though with different happenings and levels of emotions And to be quite frank some happenings hurt more than others But the most bothersome thought Is what I believed to never be is really the thing I have become to be
