Emma just being by herself and getting to know her and her new allies would be fun. Emma not only making a mention of Looker but randomly Anabel would be PHENOMENAL to me.

But.

If Emma not only mentions both Looker and Anabel, but specifically says they're married or in a romantic relationship or even have a goddamn kid I am literally going to Oogway Ascend™

Mega Flygon has always been that golden goose of the fandom, spurring countless designs and iterations on the idea that while spectacular, I never felt quite hit the mark.

Flygon finds success in its simplicity: just the right amount of color and just the right amount of shape balance. Adding too much paradoxically takes more and more away from what made Flygon such a stand out.

To do the Mega justice, I feel like it needs to be bold and surprising, even derailing the english name "Fly"gon as it brings back a part of itself long forgotten. Something reminiscent of the fact that the pre-evolution Trapinch has the exact same base attack total as its final stage with a whopping 100, and in need of more power it calls back to that stage of its life once more.

The biggest wrench in the "Emmet is in PLZA to participate in the Royale, just so that he may wish his brother back" is that Emmet is automatically doomed to fail due to not being the protagonist.

So then, you either win and take his hypothetical chance away from him selfishly, or the entire Wish thing was the most obvious scam that a grown adult man like Emmet would have not have fallen for.

Either way, you have to beat Emmet in this scenario and you HAVE to take that ghost of a chance away from him. The entire fandom would be pissed off.

That being said, the wish is not shaping up to be magical and is purely a Lumiose City only wish that the citizens understand as such, not at all advertised as a magical wish that can cure cancer to inventing multiverse spacetime travel.

I don't want Emmet to be treated like an idiot, in my humble opinion.

I love acknowledging the fact that Amarys has an implied crush on her classmate Kieran. I hope they eventually delve into that in Masters, but it's very funny since she seems like she has trouble expressing her feelings. And Kieran is shy as hell but also doesn't really notice Amayrs too much because she's like... Well, again, kinda stoic. Very stoic. Taciturn.

It's kinda adorable how she loses her composure when dealing with a teen crush.

In pokemon za, do you think theres a possibility of Corbeau and Emma secretly working together as both have common grounds as being yakuza and potentially having beef with quasartico

If they have beef with each other or some kind of truce, I wouldn't be surprised, But I also don't know if Corbeau is much of an important character or part of a gaggle of people we'll meet along the way.

Regardless, I think it would be fun to see Emma and Corbeau have a sort of antagonism. Emma deserves someone to piss off.

They're Battle Tower rivals, at the very least in this off-canon gacha game! Glad they acknowledged how powerful Anabel and Palmer are and how comparable they are to one another, but I don't think she should be saying "it's hard to believe I'm anywhere near as strong as you" when... Anabel IS more confident than that in the games. Plus, being a powerful trainer is one of the few memories she has of her past life!

Past life stuff is always easy with Anabel, we know that.

I personally have it that while Anabel wants to reclaim her memories and maybe want to "be found" by someone from her past... I think her major insecurity is that what if she's found and she's "a disappointment." That she's built a new self out of the ruined foundations of the Anabel that used to be there. She knows that there was a life before Interpol, before the one she made of herself.

What if people just want her to go back to who she used to be? Can she even do that?... DOES she even want to do that? What if she hasn't changed all that much but all they see is the differences. What if they see her as a stranger instead of the Anabel they knew. What if they only want THAT Anabel, and not HER? That... Scares her. Mortifies her and she doesn't know if she wants the answer to that. She's scared of the idea that she's changed too much while also fearing she won't be accepted for who she is.

On the flipside, Looker doesn't have much to say about himself or who he was or who he is. I don't even know if he even has any memories from before, and I don't even know who Looker is outside of his job in canon. He can easily wear masks, but he's also taken steps to be personable, true to himself. To want to be a someone instead of just being another number in the population.

What if... He doesn't have ANY memories of who he was. And that scares him. Keeps him up at night? He doesn't know who that man or boy was. Anabel at least has some sort of slate to work with, but with him... It's blank. What did he leave behind? Was he just? Or was he cruel? Is there anyone looking for him or is there no one left to look for?? There's no... Story. No nothing. Like he doesn't even truly exist. What if the reason he hasn't recovered any memories is because there was just nothing. Nothing remarkable. Nothing, nothing, nothing, Null.

Looker craves to be seen as a person. To be loved by someone, cared, acknowledged, validated for being a man with skin, heart, soul, everything.

Anabel craves to be loved for who she is right now, not who she potentially can be or was. Just be accepted for being her, the one standing here.

I've softened a bit on this dialogue, but I would have liked for Anabel to have been less modest. I understand that maybe she's frustrated though, since losing in her line of work is a matter of life or death.

But surely she's heard of goddamn Battle Towers. Masters is not known for good writing at all so... It's a fun interaction, but to be taken with a grain of salt. This is just so that two Tower Tycoons can exchange pleasantries I suppose, with a reaffirmation that they're rivals.

But could have done with a little bit more of Anabel feeling like she's up to snuff. I think it's just Palmer being far more beloved that makes the writing here feel so...... hm.
