DID YOU KNOW?🥈”Recycling Clothes Can Improve Your Health.
👚
To coincide with the point above, #clothing production is stressful on our environment. It creates more #pollution, which often leads to serious #health issues.
👖
According to the EPA’s #ResourceConservationandRecoveryAct, ‘Many #textile manufacturing facilities [are considered] to be hazardous waste generators.’ Not only does this waste impact factory textile workers, but also the general population. By #donatingyourclothes and giving them a second home, you’re helping #reduce the amount of textiles produced (goodwillsouthtexas.com).”
👗
ReignBow ReNEWed’s key focus is #healthandwellness, so hosting a drive for clothing and household goods makes sense.
👕
MAKE & TAKE the TIME!
• Go through your homes to gather “goodness”
• Bag up clothing & Box up appliances, etc.

This beautiful prayer translates the meaning of #GoodFriday… #JESUS, I grieve that the torture and sorrow You endured on the cross were necessary to save #humanity. You didn’t want us enslaved to #fear, anxiety, or sin—so You #sacrificed Yourself so that #Love could win. It’s Love that hung upon the cross and gave up everything to rescue us. “It is finished” was a cry of #victory, because You defeated everything that held us in captivity. Because of Your #sacrifice, I can experience intimacy with You forever. Thank You! Show me how to share Your love today and every day. Use me to reach the world You died to redeem. Amen. 🙏🏽 P.S. I pray today wasn’t just another day off for you✝️ (at East Orange, New Jersey) https://www.instagram.com/p/CcYyRpwOYGR/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

Forever Grateful
Numerous people within our family and friends served in the #military. Today, I envision the #Believers in this precious group singing this hymn inwardly or outwardly . . .
"I'm a soldier in the army of the Lord
I'm a soldier in the army
I'm a soldier in the army of the Lord
I'm a soldier in the army
Tumblr media
I got my war clothes on in the army of the Lord
I got my war clothes on in the army
I got my war clothes on in the army of the Lord
I got my war clothes on in the army
I'm a soldier in the army of the Lord
I believe I'll die in the army of the Lord
I believe I'll die in the army
I believe I'll die in the army of the Lord
I believe I'll die in the army
I got my breastplate on in the army of the Lord
Got my breastplate on in the army
I got my breastplate on in the army of the Lord
I got my breastplate on in the army
I'm gonna fight until I die in the army of the Lord
I'm gonna fight until I die in the army of the Lord
I'm gonna fight until I die in the army of the Lord
Gonna fight until I die in the army of the Lord (Dp/George Duke/Lyle Lovett)."
It is TRULY a selfless #sacrifice and we are so #grateful. THANK YOU! GOD Bless You.

Like An Oak Tree
Tumblr media
During this #season, I'm reminded that #women are like oak #trees.
Yes, I know it sounds silly, but hear me out. Oak trees are:
Living creations that grow up to 100 feet tall with crowns (branches) that reach 135 to 150 feet wide. {Through life's struggles, many of us grow into statuesque and #resilient women with glorious crowns.}
(In Autumn After Age 20) Producers of enough acorns to support the lives of little creatures and create more oak trees. {Mothers (biologically or figuratively) support the lives of loved ones and her #community.}
Pillars of wood often used to build furniture, etc. {With the support of #GOD and #family, women become the pillars (or glue) that holds us together.}
Representations of #wisdom, #strength, #resistance, #nobility, #knowledge, and #honor. {Think of all the women that demonstrate these qualities. Don't forget yourself!}
GOD created all living creatures to have cycles or seasons. As we grow, we bloom, we change colors, and we shed like the leaves of an oak tree. I encourage you to appreciate the beauty of this season in nature and within yourself. If there is no growth or change, there is no life. We were created for continual #evolution.
As said on Star Trek: Next Generation, "Resistance is Futile".

Do Good, Get Good!
Tumblr media
In past years, I fondly remember a life principle I taught my 4-year old son, Khary. I would simply tell him:
"Good boys get good things and bad boys get bad things."
In his young and impressionable mind, the good things included toys or my hugs and kisses. Bad things probably included a "pow pow" on his bum, no Spongebob Squarepants, or no playtime. Throughout his life, I reminded him of this principle as he grew into manhood. Yes, the world often tells us, "Good guys finish last!" I refuse to believe or teach this principle, because the WORD tells us different. It says:
"2 Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well. 3 It gave me great joy when some believers came and testified about your faithfulness to the truth, telling how you continue to walk in it. 4 I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.
5 Dear friend, you are faithful in what you are doing for the brothers and sisters, even though they are strangers to you. 6 They have told the church about your love. Please send them on their way in a manner that honors God (3 John 1:2-6)."
Throughout Scripture, we are taught the difference between good and bad. When we are good like Christ, it radiates outwardly and people gravitate to us. They let others know about the positive experiences and love. The blessings flow when we chose to do the right thing for GOD and GOD's Children.
"WHAT IF WE CHOOSE GOOD OVER BAD?"

Freedom Is NOT Free
Tumblr media
HAPPY JUNETEENTH!
On this day in 1865, enslaved #African-Americans in Galveston, TX found out about their #freedom. They didn't know about the Emancipation Proclamation of 1863. While this news of #freedom was great news, it was late news.
I hope you realize that freedom is not FREE. We must fight for it every single day! It is crucial that we stay woke and up-to-date about life's #challenges and #opportunities.
Today, we launch The Skool' of L.I.F.E! It is an #educational initiative that offers #classes to promote #intellectual, #natural, and #soulful #growth.

Why Black Seed?
Tumblr media
Good Day, It is Health is Wealth Wednesday!
As of today, we will discuss natural health and beauty topics. It is important for us to learn alternative ways to improve ourselves. So, what do you know about Black Seed?
It is a medicinal plant that has been used for over 2,000 years. | Black seed is an excellent source of iron, magnesium, protein, and Vitamins A, B6, and C. It can reduce blood sugar levels, cholesterol, inflammation, and the risk of heart disease.
Personally, I use black seed capsules and it is also available as an oil, health tonic, or tea. It's helping me naturally.

International Family Day
Tumblr media
Good Day!
It is I GOT SOUL Sunday. A Greek Philosopher said:

I would like to give Special Shoutouts to everyone who celebrated the International Day of Families with me yesterday. I am eternally thankful for loving people who consider me family. Its makes life that much easier. We MUST connect and reconnect with family (near and far) by any means necessary. Today's technologies allow us to do so. Why Good Friday?
Tumblr media
Good Day, Friends!
It is Faith and Finance Friday for Faith @ Work Messages: https://youtu.be/Wc4-_t1UxNs
Today is an important day for Christians, because it is the day JESUS laid down His life for our sins. How does His selfless act relate to faith and finance? Well, these lyrics for a hymnal says it perfectly:
"Jesus paid it all, All to Him I owe. Sin had left a crimson stain. He washed it white as snow."
As decent people, we MUST be morally and fiscally responsible for each other. Why? The LORD and our ancestors paved the road for success, so we owe them. It means loving and supporting one another unconditionally. I pray you have a blessed day and Resurrection Sunday!

LIFE: How Invested Are YOU?
Tumblr media
+ The EARLY Years     While growing up as an artsy, flower child, I loved anything colorful, textured, and beautiful. My interests included crocheting, dancing, drawing, painting, and singing. I have memories of making tiny books or crocheted purses that drove my Mom nuts, because I left them all over the house.
Academically, math was my nemesis, particularly problem solving. Math homework at the kitchen table with Mom was torture for both of us! I just wanted to have fun with my crafts. Fast forward to adulthood, I realize math is a necessary evil. You can’t make a good giving without embracing math through money. After all, “Money makes the world go around (Paul Van Der Merwe, Author).”
+ The LATER Years     As an evangelist, I examined something that people often say, “Money is the root of all evil!” Is that what the Good Book says? Of course, I checked for myself, because we need money for survival, right? The BIBLE says, “For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs (1 Timothy 6:10).” Okay, so it’s the love of money that is the root of evil.
+The RECENT Years      Within the last few years, transitions in my life gave me new perspectives about math and money. I needed understanding about how to make money work better for my family and me. Where could I go for this reeducation? Where could I go to revise my exchange of time for money? The great search began in early 2017 and a solution revealed itself in December 2017. I remembered a company from the early 1990’s.
Its key message of financial freedom still resonated in my mind, so I ‘Googled’ it. I found a local office and got involved quickly. Within two weeks, I received my license to teach families about how money really works and income protection. Who knew this “Flower Child” would be a subject matter expert? Not me!
The second facet for my renewed life was in June 2018. I took the big leap into real estate! It satisfies my need to help people invest in their future. This move was a complete career shift, because I invested over 20 years in mastering marketing skills. With brainpower and willpower, I became a NJ Realtor, to help my clients sell or invest in real estate.
Reinvented life is good! Curiosity, perseverance, and the desire to have a positive impact on the community makes us. The morale of my story is that you never know where life will lead you. You must first invest in yourself to then invest in others. My mission and purpose are to help you invest in yourself literally and figuratively. I’m here for YOU!

Happy Kwanzaa, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Today the Faith @ Work Message is about IMANI aka FAITH. As we complete our celebration of Kwanzaa and begin a begin a brand-new year, we must assess and honor our faith. Scripture says: "Now faith is confidence in what we hope for & assurance about what we do not see (Hebrews 11:1)." If 2020 dented your faith, I pray today you hit the reset button, to start over fresh and confident. The Good LORD has seen us through every trial and tribulation. His love is eternal and unconditional. So, point blank -- WE MUST HAVE FAITH!
It is our saving grace. I love you and continually pray for you.

In Process
Tumblr media
☀️As I sit on my porch enjoying the sunshine and the cool breeze, I realize that 2020 has been a new process so far. My years as a project manager gave me this realization.
❄️ From January to February, we had a fresh start that was similar to years past. We didn't suspect that our "Senior Project Leader" had a big, upcoming project for the team. We planned and were working on goals and resolutions as usual.
🦁 Then March came "in like a lion" but didn't necessarily go "out like a lamb". Our big project was revealed like a den of roaring lions! We were caught COMPLETELY off guard with no project plans or strategies.
🌎 From April to August, this big project spread out of control across the globe leaving everyone dumbfounded and lost.  Some of us quickly dropped to our knees praying for help and others took a little longer to do so. There are still so many who rely on misinformed resources.
👪 Now in September, I reflect on how this big project affects our culture. It identified areas that require improvement. It's also showing us that we can adapt, adjust, and excel again. We were designed to be creative, strategic, and compliant with the laws of the land.
🏆The process of change is sometimes uncomfortable, but the final outcome of the big projects of our lives will be rewarding and memorable. #StayTheCourse

Why CHANGE?
Tumblr media
As the Summer is almost over, many things that must change...It's NATURAL!
The leaves change from green to orange, red, or brown. The temperature cools off and the kiddies go back to school whether in person or online. We also have a very important election coming soon.
You must first confirm that you're a registered voter. Then, you have decide: "Are you pleased with the last four years? Do you want a change?" However you respond to these questions, I encourage you to be part of the process. Our future depends on us coming together as citizens and choosing leadership that equally promotes growth. Is there a perfect candidate? No, because there are no perfect humans.
Honestly, this year has been a challenging thus far, so I'm open to constructive change. I'm an optimist so I hopeful that something great will happen on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.
“Be the change that you wish to see in the world (Mahatma Gandhi)."
