Help Mohiy's Brother
I know you've all seen the posts I've made for Mohiy and his family, who desperately need our assistance in the face of Israeli genocide. His brother, Muhammad, also needs our help. His son Abboud has contracted hepatitis and desperately needs medicine. Winter is always hard, but in Gaza that means torrential rain. For families living in tents, that means mud and mold. Your donation will not only help Abboud, but it will help the rest of the family find somewhere dry and warm to say. Please, help if you can.

When you make posts about fundraisers, one thing you will notice is whether the post helps bring in donations or not. You can see if your words motivate people to donate. Lately, this has been fucking depressing because people are expressing genuine apathy to the most horrific and vile violence and suffering.
Previously, I mentioned how Shahed (@shahdhatem) has survived a shooting in her area. Only a few donations has been received.
Two week laters, I bring up the fact that she is near an intense shooting. Even less donations than before.
Now I have mentioned that she was very close to getting killed in a bombing, and no one donates.
I know donations have slowed down, but the lack of compassion is what draws the line for me! What more can I say? Isn’t Shahed and her family going through a fucking genocide enough? It should be enough!
At the same time, I have seen the same people donate to multiple fundraisers. It makes me wish others would do the same. So please give Shahed and her family a chance. Donate and share. She is already anxious about the slow pace of her fundraiser and we should do everything in our power to make sure she doesn’t think twice about it!

Today is october 7th officially marking 365 days, 1 year, of the most well recorded genocide in history; of an occupation of a people which has been ongoing for 76 years. An entire year of constant israeli bombardment. Hundreds of thousands killed and missing. All the while, the people with the most power to stop the genocide continue to support and defend the politicians carrying out the slaughter.
Yet, it is also a year since the Palestinian resistance definitively proved to the world that israel is not only not the all-knowing state entity many believed nor that they were invincible or undefeatable. Over the course of the year, the resistance and its allies in Lebanon and Yemen have handed out defeats to not just israel but the west lead by the united states as well proving that those institutions and militaries are not invincible.
In israel itself, tens of thousands of bsuinesses are closing or have closed; its ports are under blockade; the settlers are fighting amongst themselves or leaving; it is a settler colony beginning to buckle under the simultaneousforces of its internal contradictions and of the Palestinian resistance. No doubt the struggle for liberation and against settler colonialism will continue until all the contradictions are resolved just as it were it rhodesia and south africa.
May we see a free Palestine in our lifetimes.
