#hough. all the shit happening with subnautica distracted me. forgot about scugs for a moment there#i remembered tho 💪 it's scug time#my art#rain world#rw spearmaster#rw inv#im still in the process of figuring out a design for inv but i like the idea of not really having one#there will be a few traits that stay consistent (mainly the color palette) but i think it's more fun & fitting if they change a bit#every time i draw them#the one in this drawing uses the version from day 6 as a base but i took a little bit of inspiration from lionfish#longer thinner spines that are kinda all over the place. and overall very spiky and angular#like they're trying to mimic spearmaster but haven't quite gotten the hang of it

callout post for these scavengers that just killed my lizard
i was Minding My Own Business, being harassed by like 8 different things at once. scavengers on my left, overseers on my right, Ceiling the blue lizard running around all of us like its life depended on it
the scavengers are trying so damn hard to kill the overseers and my poor, beloved Ceiling got caught in the crossover. died to an explosive spear, literally no chance of survival 😔
this is a CALLOUT POST for either Spears or grabby. idk which one actually landed the killing blow, i wasn't really paying attention to them
Ceiling, you were among the strangest lizards i've ever encountered. we were going to go explore the shaded citadel together before you died. i love you so much & yo u will b missed god bles 🙏
