Ok, so here goes! I've been working very, very hard over the past 6 months to get into better shape. I've ALWAYS been very self-conscious of my body and I still am. However, I'm feeling confident enough to share my progress. In August I was almost 200lbs and today I am 161lbs. Please know that this is no ego trip for me and that I still have a ways to go but I'm pretty proud of what I've accomplished so far. The expression on my face represents the awkwardness I'm feeling. Haha! Anyhoo, it goes to show that anything can be accomplished if you put your all into it! Please be gentle in your criticisms. Thanks! Happy St David's Day to all my Welsh friends! I'm very fortunate to work for an amazing company called Admiral Insurance based out of Cardiff. Because of that I've been lucky enough to have made some really great friends from Wales.
