Hello lovely guys. I am J, 21 years old and come from Germany. Since about five years I am suffering from severe mental illnesses, like depression and anxiety attacks. Because that wasn’t enough, I got diagnosed in 02/17 systemic lupus erythematosus with central nervous system (cns) involvement. Taking many meds and visiting my doctors veeeeeery often is the result. I am clean since about five years and haven’t got any urge to cut again, caused by lupus. Some abled people really will tell you to "overcome your obstacles" when their own obstacles are things like having allergies or not having enough time to grab coffee before work and your obstacles are things like, you know... Existing. Gravity. Health insurance.
Thanks for that stellar advice, Lisa, but my obstacles can't be overcome by simply feeling motivated.
