Apologies

Nigel smiled as he leaned into Isaac for a kiss. Instead, he was met with the cool smoothness of Isaac’s palm. 

“I’m sorry, Nigel. I-I think I need a moment.” 

“Don’t apologise, is there anything I can get you? Water? A hug?”

Isaac welcomed Nigel’s open arms and settled against his boyfriend’s chest. He leant his head onto Nigel’s shoulder and Nigel pressed a soft kiss to his forehead. 

“I’m sorry, Nigel.” Isaac apologised again. “Are you frustrated with me?”

“With you? Never. Please don’t apologise Isaac, I understand.” 

“Sorry.” He said softly. 

“Isaac.”

Hc: Elves have heightened senses

E.g:

Earthblood elves have heightened touch (so, idk how to explain but they sort of have heightened reactions to textures and stuff)

Skywing elves have a heightened sense of hearing

Sunfire elves have a heightened sense of smell

Startouch elves have a greater sense of taste

Moonshadow elves have a better sense of sight (so... are less likely to have bad eyesight and can naturally see things far away)

Tidebound elves have the best sense of thermoception (the ability to sense heat and cold, this just makes sense to me)

These make sense to me but please feel free to add your own thoughts/changes to this
