Hate CrimesI am Shane Paoletti & disabled and was homeless for 2 years because the management at Ramon Mobile Home Park in Palm Springs CA took, stole, increased sale price without liens, blocked Coldwell Realtors from selling my home to obtain property in default and to make me homeless, accepted payments on property while in default and refusing to accept my payments, unlawfully used the County of Riverside Courts Judicial system & Judge by falsifying information, withholding information, broke the law committing perjury by not telling the whole truth & nothing but the truth, falsifying and lying in court with no proof but on hearsays to make a person liable for a crime not committed and preventing me from visiting my family & girlfriend because of hate and gossiping to tenants how she was out to get me, sending and having people stalk me while off there property and telling the public to arrest me, having tenants lie that I was in the park while sending police to a resident that the liar said i was and proven I was not there by Police Officer's, causing fear among my friends and me, and falsifying information to make a person liable for a crime not committed. The blocking sales of my home with Coldwell Realtors information has a witness which was a retired fireman and tenant too stating to me,”Deborah Belleau just told me in the office, “we are blocking all sales to Shane's home & we have it sold already. She illegally adding fees to make me pay for her lawyer's, adding back rent to the sale of my home without a lien or court order while not accepting my rent money, Deborah Belleau defamed my character and proudly made it know to tenants how she was out to get  me & wanted me to suffer & destroy me while I was mentally & physically disabled. Premeditatedly planned & organized a way to steal my home & make suffer while profiting money & to reserve the lot for two new homes that my one home was on. Deborah Belluea thinks she's above the law of the land and can do anything she wants even if breaks the law.
