Forever Grateful It has been the best and longest journey with you. I can't even begin to start without tears falling, crying bout' you. For six long years we've been together, All the joys, pains and laughter we've shared together. And all of them I cherish, because only you could give me such a bliss. I used to wonder how it would be like, if I'm not with you anymore So silly of me to test God, now He made it for sure. But lets make things clear, You didn't do anything at all So please don't blame yourself, my dear. I do wanna say sorry for the things I could have done that I didn't do, For the times I've been stubborn and forget the things that mattered to you. I'm sorry for the times that I made you cry, Believe me everytime you do, i also die inside. I'm sorry for the other things I may lack, I already accepted that I'm not all that. And if there are still things I haven't mentioned, Forgive me dear, I know none of it is in my intention. Now I wanna thank you, First and for most of having met you. When I mistakenly held your hand, My heart suddenly understands Because it wasn't just fate or chance But rather God's guidance. I thank you for the time and effort you invested, God used you to change me for the better. I thank you for the tears you shed, I found u much cuter instead. I thank you for the happy moments, I truly loved each and every single one of it It felt like a life fulfillment. I thank you for the years that you stayed, When you had every chance to leave and go away. I thank you for your tremendous patience, Only a Godly woman could stand. I thank you lastly for loving me, You were the closest example of a mother's love for me. I didn't regret having our date tattood in my heart, Coz I know i'll never forget you. To be honest my body still craves you, This bittersweet feeling I can't undo. But none we ever did I'll regret, Coz all in all it was the best. Well, reality is knocking on our doors now, And I'm afraid this is where we're forced to move on. Its safe to assume that our chapter ends now, But who am I to say, God still holds on And this may actually be a new beginning of our chapter, We can only hope for "forever after". So cheer up my dear you'll be fine, God may intend for you to be His and not mines. So live life to bless and satisfy, Because your life is a beauty of wonderful design. Your smile, your giggles and hazel eyes, Trust me you were my first price. You are beautiful and empowering, and that's what every guy should see, that you're deserving. And when God brings our paths together again someday, Then to God be the glory because I will cherish that moment and think about this day. That I didn't make a mistake to surrender you to God, Because you are worth the wait, A character with all of the above.
