Unfortunately, Safaa and her family are in a really bad state, the border has now closed and they need all the support and help they can get to survive!

I've only gotten 3 commissions on this, two being from friends, so in my perspective ive not recieved much donations for her, but seeing her fundraiser chuffed, it is less than 4000$ to her 30,000$ goal! I like to think this post may have helped circulate her gfm, so even if you can't donate, continue circulating this post to those who can!

Wolf and Rabbit Valentines Day card designs done with my local art centre articulate_cf for the shop philanthropy london! Thank you for this opportunity! These were tons of fun to do and it's a honour having a real product to sell in a shop!! There's also more cool stuff in their store too, so feel free to give philanthropy london a visit if you're in the area!

Even though they may feel a bit simple, there was quite a bit of personal emotions and feelings that were implemented into them, such as the emotions of feeling like an 'other' that may not feel worthy of love, but is given love and care anyway, whether that may apply to the scary wolf that wants to be gentle, or the fragile rabbit that wants to be more assertive, I'll leave up to the viewer! :)

I wish I could've made more of them, but these artworks have been scanned and so they can be reprinted, and I'd also love to do more art of these two if I get another chance to! :)

Defenestration song is one that's come to mean to me a lot, the lyrics of the song have just... really hit me in a particular way when I'm in especially dark spaces where I feel I'm not going to get better or that there's nothing but pain and sharp edges until the end.

To be honest, I don't think that's entirely a lie, but maybe I can just convince myself easily of worthlessness. That's probably it, but even now I still haven't thought of a solution to the question of 'if life is full of pain... what do I do when I don't want to experience it anymore?'

Blackest Bile is a song that both soothes and destroys me, it's hard to explain. It feels exactly like the fears I have in opening up to others either because I'm scared of being hurt, or that I may hurt others with my... everything. I just don't think I'm worthy of being loved when I can be so unstable and hurt others with that, I guess.
