To all of my five followers,

Things have happened recently that have not left me in the best mental state. I kept puting off my problems and emotions, but they kept beating me down. It is for this reason that I am taking a break from tumblr for a bit. It is no longer the outlet it once was but instead, it just makes me sad and espresso depresso. With that being said, I’m taking time away to talk to someone and get on my feet again. I’m not sure when I’ll be back, but this is what I need to do.

I was discussing representation of gender in fiction and I was thinking about how the ‘dead wife’ and ‘dead mom’ tropes are way too common in fiction and there was a big imbalance in killing prominently female characters.

But instead of articulating that point I just said “More husbands need to die.”
