Henry is literally the only reason a live action Geralt of Rivia worked in the first place. And it has nothing to do with him being a big fit dude but everything to do with him being a huge nerd and a bigass fan of the books and the video games. He knew this character. does anyone else feel like neurodivergency should be diagnosed by neurodivergent people? i have multiple reasons for wanting this:

almost every single nd person ive talked to has known i have autism before i told them. and i mask nearly 100% of the time

thinking back to when i got diagnosed as a little girl, i would do anything to have the person that screened me be autistic. THEY DIDN'T TELL ME. and my parents didn't tell me until i was 13

every late diagnosed person ive talked to has said either "i tried to get diagnosed but the med professionals didn't diagnose me because [insert ableist reason here]" or "my nd friends told me i was nd and then i went to get screened and they were right"

nt med professionals CAN'T POSSIBLY have more experience with neurodivergency than people that live with it 24/7

anyway i think the diagnosis system is fucked
