do you think that quick shot of the cloaked figure was darth vader or someone else?

I’ve been speculating about this on my personal blog, that shot is really intriguing to me!

Darth Vader doesn’t wear a hood, so I don’t think it’s him. But it looks too tall to be Ian McDiarmid as Palpatine to me (though of course, I could be wrong).

If it is Emperor Palpatine (I mean, the red guards would suggest it’s him) then why is he kneeling? What he’s kneeling to looks like a bacta tank. Hmmm….
