What’s your ideal ending for Echo?

Hi!

First of all, I’m really sorry I didn’t get to your ask any sooner, butTumblr has been a real bitch and didn’t show any notifications. I only saw yourask because I accidentally clicked when I didn’t mean to.

Now, my ideal ending. This is not an easy question to answer, because ofthe way the show has treated her from the beginning, and even more so after allthe hate Echo (and Tasya, let’s be real here) got after she got together withBellamy. So I will answer this in two ways: my ideal ending focused on the waythe show is written, and my ideal ending focused on the actual story.

When it comes to the writing, I hope that Echo will get an ending whereshe is finally allowed to be Bellamy’s girlfriend. I know that she already is,but they are barely allowed any scenes together. In season five and in seasonsix, they were separated for most of the episodes and the scenes they did spendtogether, were more focused on plot/other characters than on theirrelationship. They even cut Bellamy’s ‘I love her’ in season five. I mean, needI say more? So for the writing, I hope season seven will involve more intimatescenes for Bellamy and Echo, and for Echo and the rest of Spacekru in general. Echoseems to be treated as the show’s strategist and even though she is, she isincredibly smart and she’s great at making and coordinating plans to ensure hersurvival and that of those she loves, that’s not *all* she is – something theshow loves to ignore in favor of dramatizing other characters once again. So giveme some soft scenes, give me some hugs, some kisses, give me more Becho-sex,give me the L-word, give me all of that when it comes to the writing.

When it comes to the actual show, my answer is simple: my ideal endingwould be for Echo to finally be happy and at peace with Bellamy, hersister-in-law Octavia (those two need to bond so badly, I’m not even kidding),and the rest of her Spacekru-family. No more wars, no more planets on fire, nomore killing, just give them a place to live and a life filled with sunshineand laughter and happiness so they can all heal from their various traumas. ABecho marriage and Becho babies would be the cherries on top.

So that’s my ending for my girl. Not very spectacular, but it’s what I’dlike for her. I know JRoth will never let me have it, but hey, I can dream,right. :)

I hope it’s more or less what you had in mind - I had a pretty hard time finding enough outfits because for some reason this show will only allow Clarke more than two different outfits per season. Also, I still haven’t gotten around to watching season 6 so there might be more outfits in that season, I could only find these two while searching.

I had fun making it so thanks for the request! I kind of suck at these (The 100 also isn’t really known for its glorious outfits so that doesn’t exactly help) but it was fun nonetheless!

Hi! So I have a problem: I have a whole list of ideas to make gifs, but I can almost never bring myself to actually start working on them. I do miss giffing, though, and so to force myself to get back to it, I am asking all of you if you have any requests. I’m not the best giffer, I can’t do those pretty pale aesthetic things other people can make or make those stunning colorful sets or anything like that, but I can make semi-decent gifs so if you’d be happy with that, then go ahead and request something! Since this blog is dedicated to Echo, all requests need to be Echo-related. If you have anything else in mind, you can message me on my main blog (aproblematicpanda). Hope to hear from you soon! I have to warn you, you’ll have to be patient because I don’t have a lot of time to gif right now. hi! i wanted to make a gif request if that's ok. it contains a v mild spoiler so i understand if it doesn't get done till after the ep airs. i would kill for an angsty gifset of sad echo moments (in or leaving the mountain, having to tell bellamy she "killed" octavia, getting banished, her suicide ritual, etc whatever works!) paired with the caption "don't you dare cry" (her auditory hallucination from the eclipse psychosis). i love echo angst what can i say. tsym if you guys decide to make it!!

I’m so sorry it took me this long, I swear I didn’t even see this request until a few days ago when I clicked on the little envelope for no good reason. :’) I hope this is what you had in mind! I didn’t use the scene where she had to tell Bellamy about O but that was really just because I couldn’t make it fit in with the other gifs. I mean, making gifs fit has never been my strong suit and I doubt it ever will be but this one looked beyond terrible compared to the others. :’D
