Firstly

I wasn't talking about a specific bill, I was talking about the general concept of banning abortions. I did not mention any bill in my post.

Secondly

I did not say "abortion legislation affects trans men".

I said "Abortion bans affect people with uteruses".

"People with uteruses" includes anyone with a uterus, regardless of their gender, sex assigned at birth, or current sex. These are people who can get pregnant, so they are who the post about abortion is for.

Thirdly

There are certain people who are more vulnerable than others when it comes to access to abortion. It is not playing the oppression olympics to point out that having a uterus makes one vulnerable to an unwanted pregnancy, and that having additional marginalized identities can make you even more vulnerable compared to other people with uteruses.

Black women are more vulnerable than white women. Disabled women are more vulnerable than abled women. And trans people with uteruses and intersex people with uteruses are more vulnerable than cisgender perisex women with uteruses.

THOSE are the groups I was comparing. Cis people vs. trans people. Perisex people vs. intersex people.

I was not comparing trans men vs. trans women because that would make no sense.
