Witch Tips

Kiss your sigils to aid in activation! In fact, kiss your crystals to help cleanse them, and kiss your grimoire to keep it protected! A little love can go a long way!

pparently i was doing it wrong!

1. Find your goal Why are you making your sigil? What’s your intent? What it’s purpose? The first step to making a sigil is being sure why you’re creating it. Example: “I want a sigil that makes me confident and charismatic”

2. Write it down When you’re sure of the intent of the sigil, write it down into a sentence. Try to be precise and direct, and avoid unnecessary words. Make sure that you write it in presence tense. Don’t write “I want to be confident and charismatic”, because then then sigil will help you want to be confident. Write “I am confident and charismatic”. 

3. Remove letters Start removing all the vowels: “I AM CONFIDENT AND CHARISMATIC” “MCNFDTNDCHRSMTC” Then remove repeated letters: “MCNFDTNDCHRSMTC” “MCNFDTHRS”

4. Optional: Translate letters into another alphabet This is not necessary at all, but if you want to, you can translate the letters into, for example, runes. I used the runes alphabet in my sigil.

5. Combine your letters into a symbol This is the fun part! Rearrange your letters until they form a symbol that you like. I personally think the sigils work better if you conceal the letters in each other as much as possible, so it’s hard to see them. This is how mine turned out:

How you decide to draw your sigil is up to you, the important thing is that you see power in it, and that you like it.

6. Charge it There are many ways to charge a sigil. I prefer to burn it, but you can see a list of ways to do it here. The important part is to focus your on your intent when you charge it. Channel it into the sigil.

So that’s how you make a sigil! There are different ways to do it, so I always suggest reading up on several ways to do it. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a message!

Witchy tip!

aah i finaly got around to cleaning my crystals! i havent cleaned them since i got them!

i cleansed them with music! and i would reccomend this way! use music that you enjoy, or depending on what you wnt your crystal to bring, (like idk, if your gonna curse it or something, use like, death meatal?) use different types of music!

the vibrations will pass right through your crystal, taking all of the bad energies with it!

cleansing crystals

full moon: on the night of a full moon, leave your crystals outside to soak up the moonlight, the crystals will still receive the energy even if it’s cloudy or raining! (but make sure the crystals can safely be in contact with water!!)

sunlight: leave your crystals out to bathe in the sun for a few hours (Amegreen, Amethyst, Ametrine,  Aquamarine,  Celestite, Citrine, Fluorite,  Kunzite, Opal,Rose Quartz, Smoky Quartz, Spirit Quartz, Super Seven, Topaz, and Turquoise should not be left out in the sun!!)

sage/incense: waft the smoke over the crystals, or hold the crystals in the smoke, let the smoke reach every side of the crystal

water: let your crystals soak in a nice cool water bath, or place them under running water, visualise the water cleaning out any negative energy (Calcite, Desert Rose, Halite, Hematite, Lodestone, Malachite, Satin Spar, and Selenite should not be placed in water!!)

earth: bury your crystals in the soil for a few hours and the earth will soak up negative energies (again, be cautious about rain!)

sound: place your crystals in front of speakers and play your favourite music!! the vibrations from sound waves will pass through the crystals and reset their vibrations to their original state

flower petals: bury your crystals in a bowl of flower petals, choose a flower that has extra healing properties to help your crystals

visualisation: hold your crystal in your hand and envision a white light surrounding it, then see a white beam pass through the crystal, taking the negative energy away

the reason it has a "k" at the end some times is because wiccan spell it that way to show a differnce in "magic" like tricks of a magic trick, and real "magick" used in witchcraft

What's the most respectful way to pick flowers/stems/leaves of plants for a spell??

When I pick from the earth there’s a couple things I always make sure to do :) First and foremost I thank the earth for allowing me to pick it’s flowers. This may be a silent thanks or however you feel is fit for you! I also make sure I’m never taking the last flower in that patch. If there’s a patch of, let’s say six flowers, it’s important that there’s at least a few flowers left over so more of them can grow in its place

It is meant to allow stronger meditation and spiritual connection.

Here’s what’s in it from bottom to top.

Salt Cinnamon Raw sugar Lavender Lavender leaves Clover Dirt from the base of a tree/my garden Black berry leaves Dandelions And lastly Dandelion seeds

All of this stuff I got from my kitchen or backyard.

Now to seal it im going to light a candle above it and all the while it burns im going to meditate

To help you handle stress and anxiety

Ingredients:

a blue bag with a blue ribbon

the Temperance card from a tarot deck (I used a print of it)

sage

salt

lavender

rosemary

thyme

vanilla

blue lace agate

amethyst

When to do it?

During a waxing moon preferably

Method:

Quite simple!

Take the time to meditate and focus on your intent (feeling less stressed), on how your life would be without all this stress and anxiety, on how events would happen peacefully for you.

Then add all of the ingredients (cleansed if you prefer) in the bag.For each ingredient, take the time to stay focus on what you want, visualize how relaxed and stress-free you will be in all situation. And repeat:

“ By X power,bring peace to me

with the speed of light, so may it be”

Once this done, knot the bag and it’s done!

Now you can carry this little bag with you and grab it to smell it in case of stress rush.

Or you can decide to take it, smell it and take a few minutes to focus with it every morning and evening. up to you :)
