I chose to ask for help from Spirit and Delta airlines. Both places did NOT respond to me, so that is something. (I do believe this was because I was using my fake account that looks very suspicious). I chose to look at other peoples response to form my opinions. It seems that from Delta responded just a few hours quicker than Spirit did. Both seemed to have high quality responses though.
I feel like both have a plan, and both are developed. I think that each probably have their own department running their social care plan, but it is clearly developed by the entire brand, so everything follows their ideas and beliefs.

An interesting example of crowdsourcing I found is LEGO. They have an option for you to 'become a lego designer', where you con enter to win prizes, gain supporters, show your creativity, and even become a real LEGO designer.
I think that this is very interesting, and do believe that crowdsourcing works. I think it is very situational, but many brands can gain engagement and consumer/fan satisfaction just by bringing them together.

I searched on LinkedIn with Australia as the location. I found a social media coordinator and a few internships. None of the jobs looked super interesting to me at the moment. A lot of the jobs I found did not have qualifications listed in the descriptions. I want to sports PR, and of course social media has a lot to do with that.

My favorite influencers are technically content creators, but are Rhett and Link (Good Mythical Morning). They are mega influencers with over 128 million followers spanning all their platforms. They do minimal sponsorships, with mostly lifestyle brands like "Hello Fresh". They also have guests on their shows as well. They are most active on Youtube- where they started. They are good influencers because they target their audiences in such a captivating ways.

I feel like I don't "fall for ads' easily. However, I have been impacted by programmic advertising, like when my phone knows I usually eat lunch around a certain time because of past searches, so they send me ads from Chipotle. I live very close to a Chipotle as well, so ads tend to market towards me.

I compared car brands: Honda, Toyota, and Chevrolet.
All brands were active. Honda was posting the same things on both Twitter and Facebook. Toyota was posting different things and retweeted little to no other posts. Chevrolet was also posting different things. I noticed that Chevy was reposting customer tweets and really engaging with their brand and audience. I think Chevy is doing the best in my opinion as a viewer because they are actually engaging with their audience.

I would say I am not super distracted. I think it depends what is going on.
I think my attention span is definitely waning, but only if it is something I am not super interested in. An example is if TV is on with something not intriguing, I will be on my phone while listening.
I think content that keeps my attention the longest is probably sports, crime TikToks, or crazy stories. I have to watch things sped up because most people talk too slow for me, but anywhere from 15seconds to 3 minutes on TikTok.

A word of mouth story that stuck with me was a Stanley fire TikTok. A woman's car was totaled by a fire, but her Stanley cup survived. This TikTok received millions of views, and Stanley gave her free cups and a new car. Their sales increased like crazy. (I'm pretty sure it was confirmed to be a PR stunt but there are still crazed Stanley lovers...)

I have completed my Education tab, adding both my university and high school to my profile!
I posted my first activity on LinkedIn as well. It was from an internship I did this summer with Nascar, but at least I posted!
I plan to update both my profile picture and my header photo, update my experience, as I need to add my current internship, and change my About section. Lots of work to do!

One of my biggest takeaways from What Happens On Campus Stays On Youtube is the 36 rules of reputation. I think now that we have learned about it, The 100% LinkedIn profile is super important. I plan to (not because we have an assignment) redo my LinkedIn so it fits more of my professional side I want to market.
