New hire SCREAMED at me because i refused to give her my coat hook that i bought myself. Apparently because of me she can “no longer wear coats because im personally preventing her from doing so and she has nowhere to put her stuff because of you” (as if she doesnt have an entire office to herself) and went on a rant how i should feel bad about myself for being so rude to a new employee.

I honestly want to have a chat with her parents just to see who raised her to act like that

If you have an office you have an HR dept. You need to have a conversation with them about this, if for no other reason than to make them aware for when she goes off one someone else.
