☆INGREDIENTS☆
•COCONUT FLOUR 2 TBSP [45]
•UNSWEET ALMOND MILK 2 TBSP [8]
•UNSWEET APPLESAUCE 2 TBSP [8]
•1/2 TBSP CHOCOLATE CHIPS [35]
•3 DROPS VANILLA EXTRACT [0]
•3 DROPS ALMOND EXTRACT [0]
•2TBSP 0 CALORIE SUGAR [0]
♤ Directions ♤
▪In a small bowl add your coconut flour and make sure there are no lumps
▪Next in another bowl mix together applesauce, milk, extracts and sugar
▪Whisk those together until smooth
▪Now add wet ingredients into your coconut flour and begin to mix the dough together either with (clean) hands or a fork
▪If mixture isnt wet enough for you add teaspoon by teaspoon of more milk until the right consistency
▪Once adjusted to preference add in your chocolate chips and mix. Now taste test and add more 0 calorie sugar or extracts to your liking.

why i want to lose weight
🌻 i have to use less product for my body since i don’t have to smear it over so much fat
🌻 i want to be able to look myself in the mirror naked without turning away in disgust
🌻 i wanna be able to eat food without thinking about everyone around me judging me
🌻 my parents will stop telling me that in order to be happy later in life i’ll need to be skinny, because nobody really likes fat girls
🌻 to be able to rock crop tops, bralettes, skirts, short dresses and high heels (and everything that wont look any nice on me now)
🌻 to not feel any shame when walking into a fast food chain or any place where they serve food
🌻so i’ll be able to resume ballet and look like a goddess while dancing
🌻 to not feel my fat jiggle when i move
🌻to feel comfortable with people taking a picture of me
🌻so i can go into the gym without feeling the judging stares wondering why a beached whale is here and not at mcdonald’s
🌻 to feel confident going to the beach
🌻 to be able to fit in clothing from the children’s section
🌻 i won’t have to contour my face because my cheekbones will be poppin
🌻 so my jaw will be sharp enough to cut a man
🌻to make my parents proud
🌻 for my family to not feel any shame in being related to me
🌻 for the happiness
🌻 for the satisfaction of reaching my uwg

anti-binge guide
when you feel a craving coming on:
drink a glass or two of water, slowly
have a piece of fruit, like an apple
make some warm herbal tea with natural sweetener
go for a long walk or hike, put your earphones in and clear your head - walk with a friend if you’d prefer
if you’re still craving the food, have the tiniest bit of it, no more than a bite, and have another glass of water
distractions:
watch a long movie or start a new show
study! complete homework or begin revising for exams
write down your own thinspo imagines
do some online window shopping and look at all the outfits you want to wear at a smaller size
make your own thinspo playlist
do some yoga or meditation
things to keep in mind:
you already know what your favourite foods taste like - you don’t need to eat them again in bulk
imagine the amount of progress you’ll make tomorrow if you exercise self control right now
the shame and guilt that follows a binge is not worth it
the physical pain and exhaustion is not worth it
you’re not just affecting your weight, you’re affecting your overall health, your mental well-being, your skin
binging means you’re wasting your time when you could be doing something much more productive
