Remember when bake off used to be about amateur bakers, having a good time making things that were within the realms of being oh, you know, home bakers?

That was fun. Enjoyable. I know longer think that.

Oh look a complicated task where the bakers don't have enough time! Who would have guessed! I for one am completely shocked that this would ever happen on bake off!

Surely if every bake is under proved and needed more time. Then oh I don't know maybe give the bakers adequate time to actually complete the task?!?!?

This is my biggest issue with bake off every. single. year.
