i was bored in class so i came up with some specific plots i’d like to do:

pretending not to be married - aka a couple moves back to person a’s hometown to care for their ailing mother, have to pretend not to be married for whatever reason (parents didn’t approve, they eloped, they’re gay, etc) because they don’t want to drop the news while mom’s still sick!! now mom is trying to set person a up with her best friend’s grandson while person b is just sitting here. trying to make a good impression

netflix shitty holiday movie plot based off knight before christmas (2019) aka time traveling weirdo from the past ends up in present day and everyone is like what the fuck. man what the fuck.

superhero and supervillain constantly @ each other’s throats but their civilian identities are dating/married and they have no idea what the other gets up to when they mysteriously vanish sometimes

person a is desperate and asks a stranger they meet [in some wacky circumstance] to fake date them for whatever reason. stranger says yes. person a only realizes that the stranger is a CELEBRITY when they see a grainy paparazzi pic of the two of them online

royal/bodyguard or long-suffering butler/maid/personal assistant

person who ends up haunting their loved one after death instead of passing on because they don’t want to leave their loved one alone)

wandering demon hunters w/ only each other for company, “the only person i’d trust to watch my back is you”

something hunger games quarter quell-esque w/ past victors competiting, like yes we survived this hell somehow and now we have to go back. love the trauma

mercreature (or siren) meets unsuspecting fisherman pls. maybe they’re stuck and need help, maybe they fall in love at first sight, whatever. fisherman is like. i will need a bigger tank for this huh

hey folks! i’m nik (she/her, 18+) and i’m thrilled to be here. meant to get this intro up last night but i got sucked into watching into the spider-verse and then blacked out :’) anyway i’m super excited to get to plotting and writing with everyone. i have some info about me/my preferences here, but i wanted to get some odds and ends cleared away under the cut as well!

i don’t have any existing muses to offer because i really prefer coming up with muses tailored to specific plots so!! sorry i’m a flop

i prefer playing characters and fcs that are 18+ because i’m old™ and just uncomfortable with writing for/with minors in general

i don’t really have any strong fc preferences, i just tend to play whoever fits the vibe i’m going for so i can’t even... give you any ideas of who i might fc... suffice to say: anyone?

i tend to write a fair amount for my posts unless we’ve specifically agreed to keep it short and i don’t do icons because i’m can’t be bothered

i love pre-plotting!! but i’m also fine with ‘let’s throw these two together and see where things go’. just lmk what you prefer

i also love headcanons, random thoughts about what your muse ate for dinner, etc. literally just anything you want to talk about - throw it at me

i’m pretty flexible with plots/aus/plot direction etc - i’m just here to try new things, be creative, and have a good time!! pls don’t hesitate to pitch something to me!

some things i would be into doing: modern royalty, art school, road trips, slow burn anything, entertainment industry relationships, produce 101 au!!, magical realism, dark academia, cyperpunk, feuding kingdoms, historical anything, fuck just feed my fantasy addiction, also feed my sports anime addiction, urban fantasy, angels/demons, superheroes, slice of life anything... esp university aus, office aus, small towns, etc. also anything inspired by pacific rim, inception, mdzs/the untamed, avatar: the last airbender or legend of korra, kingsman, or fire emblem.
