Well hello there, whoever you are, you are probably lost or else you wouldn't have found this blog. This is the coorperative blog of two writers, Annie and Roxie. We both are way too enthusiastic about our books and here you'll find badly drawn/animated spin-offs and comics and just very random stuff. Mirrorworlds - The Legend of the Winged Race (by Annie)
April, 1568. It seemed like just another year ravaged by war between the realms of humans and Tsukami, decendants of the ancient Winged Race, which were persecuted for their supernatural abilities. Yet it turned out to be the year that brought together those who would end up struggling against all the injustice caused by previous generations.
It was also the year where a long lost prophecy was spread through both Katachi, the human world, and Kagami, its mirror image and home to all supernatural beings. The prophecy claimed that soon one girl of the Winged Race would rise up and become the Messiah who would put an end to the horrible war that had claimed so many lives of both the Winged and human race.
The young Tsukami Noriko, haunted by terrible nightmares of her parents brutally murdered and her twin sister taken from her by human soldiers, travels across Kagami to find the Messiah from the prophecy. Boiling inside her is a cry for justice and revenge to get back what was taken from her. On her journey she encounters other people carrying the blood of the Winged Race, but no matter how much time she spends with them, she never truly seems to fit in. Her dark thoughts are slowly driving her insane.
Will she be able to return to a peaceful life or will the never ending tradgedies be the end of her?
