I finished my Tangled event Deuce piece.

A little context for anyone who hasn't seen the WIP; I saw a couple people say Deuce look like a Wuxia novel character with this new outfit and I said why not. (I haven't really seen any Wuxia media. Depends on how you count Kung Fu Panda and a little Heaven's Official Blessing through the cosplay and vtuber communities talking about it.)

BTW the light indigo streaks in his hair are due to a personal headcannon of mine that I'll explain if ever get the chance to doodle my headcannons about Twisted Wonderland characters. I'm in college, please wait.

I just realized I drew his hand in the wrong direction for drawing out the sword. You know what he's a dumbass and hands are hard, so I'm just going to leave it.

If this is a comic he'd be holding sword backwards or like a dagger in the next panel.

Been working on some ideas for some Sonic gajinkas. I'm struggling with outfits for some of them. So I just said f*** it put them in the dorm uniforms from Twisted Wonderland. I'm glad I did do that because wow these shoes actually work on Amy. They have the chunkyness there's a lot of shoes I see people put Amy gajinkas in lack. I'll try to put the characters in the dorms I think make most sense for them. (Also, yes I saw what happened with Heartslabyul yesterday. If you're just a Sonic fan seeing this, don't look it up.)

I have some sketches for some more characters. I just posting the flat colors one at a time as I'm a pretty slow artist.

Sometimes you just combine your special interest (dragons) with your current hyper fixation (Twisted Wonderland) to get out of an art funk.

Also getting back into humans after drawing inklings, octolings, and Sonic characters for so long it's really making me question my ability to draw hair. Probably doesn't help that I drew the horns first. (Although I have seen other people complain about drawing Ace's hair)

Sometimes you're working on a piece and you just can't finish it. Is this supposed to be Marina from Splatoon, but in Genshin Impact. Ahhhhh.... I'll be honest I think this is just because I've lost interest Genshin Impact. I also want to redesign this since I came up with this before Fontaine came out.

This was just supposed to be a stupid outfit swap. But my brain was like "I want to do an actual composition." Then I started to give up when it came to the rendering and background. I also did not have the brain capacity to figure out how the Diasomnia dorm uniform hat was going to work on Silver the Hedgehog.

I am aware there's a little Disney versus Sega going on right now. I made the sketch for this before the movies just came out so.... Yeah. Also for anyone who has heard about the CEO of Disney wants to do, don't worry about it. Microsoft tried the same thing with Sega last year and they said "we're not going anywhere."

BTW I've only interacting with the Twisted Wonderland fandom stuff I have not played the game.

Okay, Tumblr update post. It's been a while but I think I might start posting here again. I tend to use Tumblr to write speech to text on my phone drafts for my other social medias and then copy paste the text on to the socials on PC. As bluesky and Instagram don't have ability to save as drafts. It's also kind of pointless to try uploading stuff I've drawn on my computer to my phone just to post it. However it's also kind of pointless to not post on Tumblr when I'm writing when I say here. So I will be uploading more digital work here soon. Traditional sewing we'll see.
