So I've been absent the last days. Didn't keep track of anything other than weight. I struggled with binges like almost every evening.
Today the weight was back over 50kg so I've decided to fast until the weight is below again.
Also, tomorrow I'll be back at work which means more structure, more to do and less time to eat. Plus I'm done with my thesis so I have more freetime and I'll get back into daily exercise.
I don't wanna feel like shit anymore

my biggest mistake with this ed is that I lose some kg and feel skinny and pretty so I stop caring about not eating and start living my life mindlessly and gain back the kg that I lost and go back to where I started

Went outside to walk around but it was still too much I almost passed out. My parents came to visit, triggered me into a binge where I ate an entire bag of crisps which was like 370cal, I feel so disgusting

No exercise because with the concussion and other injuries it was not possible, couldn't even get my steps in. The next few days are going to be horrible with no exercise but the hunger still there. Plus I'm stuck at home with so much food around I'm scared I'll overeat. I'll have to compensate with lax...
