Y'know we've had a bunch of bi/pan romance option, a couple straight romances, and one m|m gay romance but not a single lesbian romance in any owlcat game as far as I can remember. Therefore I will add an addendum to the request for a skull and shackles game, also give us a pirate lesbian and cover her in blood

Okay, so I was hesitant at first—like I think a lot of us probably were—to hear that Matt isn’t dm’ing C4 and we likely won’t have the full main cast.

But the longer I consider the FULL implications of the announcement outside of just C4, I’m really, really excited what Critical Role is doing for the ttrpg and non-traditional storytelling community! We got Chris Perkins and Jeremy Crawford on stage repping Darrington Press, which has struck gold with Daggerheart and been investing a ton in other table top games! We got announcements that CR will collab with Legends of Avantris and Dungeons and Daddies, two of the big names out there in ttrpg actual plays! Even outside of Brennan joining CR, Dropout collabs don’t show any sign of slowing down soon (see Taliesin in the Dirty Laundry season 4 trailer), and we even had a Game Changer joke in the script!

And let’s be honest, is it all that insane that some of the main cast will be stepping back to let in new players? Travis is CEO of the whole gosh darn company. Marisha has her hands in every project they make. Ashley and Taliesin make a regular podcast now, on top of Ashley being the president of CRF, and the rest of the cast are simultaneously parents, writers on CR’s animated shows, and still HUGE names in the VO industry! They are busy folks doing a ton of cool stuff!

Long story short, CR is changing, and that’s gonna take a bit to get used to. But the world of actual plays and internet storytelling is thriving and more connected than ever before. I can’t wait to see what comes next :)

Finally finished! Until I find something else to tweak anyway, lol. This was the first character through which I experienced the story of Wrath of the Righteous, an often silly, sometimes rowdy, hopeless romantic of a woman. A lordless knight, wandering without purpose until Areelu Voresh's plans for her were put into motion, who fell for a succubus and a queen (and briefly found herself in a fraught situationship with a certain serial killer).

I haven't written as much as I'd like for her, but you can read about said situationship here.

Making Akina's character Journal and I got done with the list of stuff like birthday, race, and aliases, and now I have to actually write down the backstory and stuff and all her relationships
