Optional Task 6
For the month of October, we'll be offering an optional task. This week's task is open from Monday, October 10 to Sunday, October 16.
We wanna see how you envision your future. Fill out the questions below AS YOUR OLDER SELF in 15 years. Just think about what you want your character to be like and how they would answer. And then create a moodboard as their older self. For the moodboard, you can use another face claim or your current one looking older. You need to include at least 9 pictures. And because there's a questionnaire included, you do not need to include a quote (unless you really want to). If you completed the future moodboard during last year's month of muse, you CANNOT reuse that moodboard. It needs to be something fresh. Questions: How old are you? Where do you currently live? Do you work, and if so where? Do you have a significant other, If so what’s your favorite memory with them? Do you have any children, If so how many? Who are you currently closest to in your family besides your spouse or children, and what is your favorite memory with them? Are your parents and grandparents still alive, if so where are they now? If you could give your teenage self any advice what would it be? What has been the hardest part about getting older? What has been the easiest part about getting older? For the month of September, we'll be offering an optional task. This week's task is open from Monday, September 26 to Sunday, October 2.
For this week, let's keep it simple. We want to see your character's fall aesthetic. Are they a sweater and beanie person? Or do they prefer crunchy leaves and hot drinks? In your own blog/tumblr, create a fall-themed moodboard. Your moodboard should be NINE photos and be accompanied by a quote that summarizes how your character feels about fall. Since summer is ending we have to be prepared for the spooky season. All of our favorite horror movies will be gracing our television screens and keeping us on our toes. While watching these movies, have you ever wondered what it would be like if you were one of the characters? Would you be dead straight away, or be the one that finally conquered Michael Myers or little creepy Chucky? For this task, we ask you to throw yourself into one of your horror movies. Pride Spirit Week

MOODBOARD Let's make a rainbow! Create a moodboard of at least 9 items of clothing that you wear regularly, and make sure they are each a different color. Be sure to include at least 9 photos and 1 quote. Upload the moodboard to your own blog, Tumblr, or RP.me bulletin, and link it to us below. DRABBLE Whether you're an ally or a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, we want to know what the freedom to be yourself means to you. Write a 350+ word drabble using the following words: pride, inclusion, visibility, freedom, and community. In your drabble, make sure to bold each word so we know know they were included. Post the drabble in your own blog, Tumblr, or RP.me bulletin, then link it to us below. PLAYLIST Let's make a Pride playlist! What are your favorite Pride-related songs, or songs you would expect to hear at a Pride event? Please be sure the artists are LGBTQIA+ or known allies of the community. We all know by now that
THE GOSSIP QUEEN OF NEW YORK
has made a post threatening to release all the secrets she's received in the last two years, and she's d e a d l y serious. This would definitely include your biggest secret – the one you don't want anyone to find out. You know what that means: we have to distract her. We need to flood her with other information to keep her busy. Maybe that will keep her satisfied. At least, we hope so...
Send the Gossip Queen three separate tips:
One about your character — and make sure it’s juicy;
One that is something positive about another member; and,
One that asks something you’ve been dying to know about another member or NPC.
All three of your tips MUST be in-character or they will not be counted toward your task. So, be sure to sign your name to each of them.
Once you've submitted your three tips, comment the blog below letting us know that you've completed your task. All the tips will be posted anonymously throughout the week!
