Days turn into cold nights

Tossing and turning

I long for your warmth ,I desire it

I crave your touch

I look for you and find and empty space

Cold and empty,cruel nights seem endless

The moon has vanished

Leaving me alone in total darkness

My tears fall burning my pillow

I hug the pillow your head rested on

A stabbing pain

Once felt

A Familiar pain

It has returned

A place you once planted roses

Now lies dead

Only your love kept this garden alive

Now it lays dead

The garden is alive

Blossoms sprout

The river flows

The walls of ice have melted
