There is a difficult-to-view video that was released by Gazan sources affiliated with Fatah in the past 24 hours, in which a Hamas operative is seen firing a machine gun at a Gazan who is tied up by his hands and feet and lying on the ground. 

The charge attributed to him is stealing food from an aid truck.

As mentioned, the video is difficult to watch and I debated at length whether or not to share it.

In the end, I decided to publish the attached image from it.

This is how Hamas operates to suppress its "competitors" for control of aid.
