I love these piano renditions of these songs. Whoever did play them most likely did it for the love of the game, and/or to try and portray themselves as Kris playing the piano finally free to do so.

Of course this is just how I kind of see it.

I haven't seen anyone do this yet, and these tracks aren't on the OST as far as I'm aware, but here is all the audio files for the piano Kris plays in the Holiday house scene. They sound like real recordings to me, although I don't know who is playing. I've heard it might be Toby based on the style but I can't say for sure

Incidentally I have no idea what sevenfour is a arrangement of so if someone knows I would be interested to hear.

Some more Deltarune sketches I did, plus some coloring, I've been trying to learn how to do armor and improve my anatomy so I'm using Deltarune to do it

I've been playing Deltarune as well as watching the playthroughs and ended up doing a lot of pen doodles in my work notebook so might as well dump those here

TADC THEORY!!!

Okay so first off, I want to mention how much I absolutely adore the detail of f the abstraction eyes being around this picture considering the character has definitely abstracted.

But this theory actually revolves around Jax and his friend in this picture who I'm guessing is called Ribbit from what Gooseworx said about the character that abstracted before Kaufmo.

Obviously Jax was close with Ribbit. Ribbit probably became friends with him kind of liking how mean he was and probably just found it endearing. Jaz probably also shared interests with Ribbit, and they overall just got along well.

But, Ribbit possibly could have also friends with Ragatha, drawn to how she's nice. She could have made Ribbit feel better about their situation and probably decided to stay close to her because of her continuous kindness.

Jax, however, found Ragatha overbearing. Considering this is how he sees her, he could have also assumed she's nice to everyone just so she can eventually get something from them. He probably saw this in how she interacted with Ribbit as well.

And considering how Ragatha thinks he shouldn't just be a jerk all the time, they must have fought a lot. Ribbit could have found this stressful as Ragatha and Jax were their close friends, so it might've contributed to his abstraction or even been the reason for it.

Judging by Ragatha's reaction to Jax being friendly with Pomni leads me to believe she assumed Ribbit abstraction was Jax's fault.

When she says "Not anymore" to Pomni's question about Jax having any real friends with his reaction afterwards points to Jax thinking she assumed his rude behavior led to Ribbit's abstraction being Jax's fault.

This face also alludes to her assuming that he'll lead his friends to abstraction. Ragatha wants to be Pomni's friend so badly, and the fact that she even just found Jax funny leads her to fear that he'll cause her to abstract too.

Ragatha is scared of being lonely and hated. She thinks Jax being rude leads to negative things happening to others. She doesn't seem to understand why Jax hates her kindness and didn't notice that he probably could have even been softer and more open to Ribbit because Ribbit could have been kind like her, but still heard Jax out and listened to him just to listen to him.

They could have also possibly been kind without needing friendship, and actually going out of their way to be it when thinking someone actually really needed to hear it, not pushing it in their way all the time.

Ragtha being nice all of the time probably gave Jax the idea she was only being overly kind to get friendship out of the person as well as make people be kind to her back and keep everyone happy and away from the reality of their situation, and not to just be kind and know that someone else gets that this place is awful but that they're there if they need it.

Of course some of this is just an evaluation of the characters, but the theory that Ribbit was both of their friends could be an explanation to Ragatha's absolute fear of Pomni becoming friends with Jax other than just a fear of loneliness, which she displays constantly.

This isn't the usual type of content I make but I just wanted to rant about this dumb probably even trashy theory I had inspired by some comment I saw from someone on TikTok who said that Ragatha and Jax both being friends with Ribbit was a way for them to explain why she seemed so scared about Jax and Pomni being friends.

How do you decide for a fic name? I know you go for a theme in the chapter titles but how do you do it for the whole fic?

You know, it's funny, in a way I'm almost cursed to title my fics using the same format HAHA and once you notice it you can't unsee it! This is more or less the formula I use:

[Optional Precursor] [Object/Concept] [Connector] [Object/Concept]

But yeah, I'll basically take a central idea, object, or concept from the fic, and then I'll more or less plug it into this little formula. Hope this was somewhat helpful! :D
