We are going to hold Halloween party with local bars, restaurants and local artists, here in Nishiarai! Emblem Hostel has a concept, “Travel to Meet”. Not only connecting hostel and its guests, but also connecting locals to them. We are very honored to join the event to make such an amazing community together with them.
