Something new
I’m unintentionally doing as long of a fast as possible?
I haven’t really been hungry all day so I’m just gonna have a small meal after work and call it good. But by that point I’ll have completed my first 24 hour fast!
Im also kind of stressing bc I used a weight loss calculator and it said that I have to eat less than 300 cals per day to reach my goal weight by June 1. I know that is not going to happen. I admit that it IS a lofty goal to begin with, but I’m still disappointed. However, the calculation doesn’t account for my body fat percentage, that I’m doing keto and IF, or that I’m vegetarian. It also doesn’t factor in any of the weight loss supplements I take.
I’m telling myself that as long as I stay on track and keep doing what I’m doing, I’ll reach that number eventually. And I mean, the calculator said if I eat 922 cals per day I could reach it by mid July, which really isn’t so bad. And once the weather gets warmer my TDEE will go up so I’ll lose more too.
Basically, my goal is semi-realistic and I’m getting closer every day.

25.03.22
I took a laxative last night bc I hadn’t shit in like 3 days and I wanted to clear out my system and a get a more accurate weight reading. This morning I’m down to 170.8 which is 1.4 lbs less than yesterday! I’m only going to weigh myself after bowel movements so I know that the readings are as accurate as possible.
I also had a small panic attack last night because I used a ketostix strip and it said I was barely in ketosis, but apparently they’re not super reliable and can often give lower than accurate results, so I mean as long as it says I’m in ketosis to any degree I’m happy.
I also bought some benefiber yesterday which will hopefully keep me more regular without having to use dulcolax, bc I’m super scared of wrecking my colon.
I have yet to eat today, I’ll probably ending up having a fasting period of about 18 hours. My stomach is making lots of noises, but not out of hunger. I hope it means I get to go to the bathroom again.
It’s 10:53 now so here’s my plan for today:
Take green tea extract and garcinia cambogia at 1130
Eat breakfast at 12
Lunch at 3
Supper at 5, with multivitamin
Maybe do a workout after work?
Take evening primrose oil before bed
I also want to start smoking weed before I go to sleep. I’ve heard it can make you skinny but I don’t want to get the munchies at all.
I really hope by this time next week I’m down to like 165. That would be really cool, but I’m not going to get my hopes up too high.

What I ate today:
2 hard boiled eggs and some cheese
A salad with spring greens, tomato, cheese, hard boiled egg, mushroom and carrots
A keto nut bar
6 vegan chicken wings and steamed green beans
Diet Coke
A shit ton of green tea and water
My eating window today was between 9am and 5pm. I find meals like the salad, which is deceptively low cal, actually keep me feeling full and prevent me from craving things I don’t want or need. The keto nut bar has chocolate on it so I feel like I’m getting a treat. Calorie intake for today was probably around 900-1000 calories, but I stayed under 50 grams of carbs. I feel good, I feel healthy.

I made this account to rant because MPA hasn’t approved my account yet.
So a little about me, I’m a 22 year old lady, I’ve never been diagnosed or received treatment but I defs have disordered eating (I also have diagnosed depression, anxiety and BPD symptoms). I’d probably be diagnosed as OSFED or atypical Ana. I’ve just never been sick enough for my dr to notice. But anyway, I’d been recovered for years but I’m kinda slipping back into it.
I’ve gained a lot of weight (CW 172.2), and I want it gone before summer. I’m trying to do this in the “healthiest” way possible while getting the fastest results, so here’s what I’m doing currently:
Intermittent fasting (16:8)
Vegetarian (have been for almost a decade)
Keto (just started last week)
Multivitamin
Green tea extract
Primrose oil
Garcinia cambogia
Occasional exercise
High restriction
So my goal is to drop 30lbs by June, which is like 10 weeks from now, so 3lbs a week seems doable right? I mean, I’d definitely love to drop more than that, but I’m trying to keep my goals realistic. After that I’m going to try to drop another 10-20lbs by the end of summer.
So like, being I’m a vegetarian doing keto, basically all I can eat are fruits, vegetables, eggs and cheeses. And like, those little keto snack bars and such. So for the past week my intake has been hovering around 800-1000 cals, which is like half my BMR of 1600, so I should be losing. I work a desk job so I have no idea what my TDEE would be.
I’m not doing this out of self hate like most girls are. I’m doing this so I can be confident in a bikini this summer. I’m doing it so I can get more pretty privilege. I’m doing it for revenge to anyone who called me fat or curvy. And I’m doing it to be the hottest of all my friends. I’m doing it so I look like a model. Im doing it so I don’t look like my mom. I’m doing this for me.
However, what I’m doing would not be condoned by healthcare professionals and I don’t recommend you do it either. It’s not super intense like some peoples diets but it’s also definitely too restrictive to be considered safe.
Anyway, here I’ll probably be sharing what I eat in a day, ranting about how I feel, reblogging th1nsp0, whatever I want. I’m gonna try to keep this blog a positive place. No negative self talk, no extreme bone pics, and no hating on others. Good vibes only.

low cal garlic veggie soup!
For @briskwalkingdoll​
This is a super easy recipe makes about 2 cups but can be diluted more :)
Total is 46 cals but 23 per serve
Ingredients 
1 stock cube (7 cals)
2 cups water (0 cal)
1 egg white (17 cals)
30g carrots *about half a regular carrot (12 cals)
10g spinach (2 cals)
1 garlic clove (4 cals)
5g chilli, garlic and onion paste (4 cals)
How to
dice the spinach and carrots to preferred size (I like a mix of cubes and slices)
crush garlic
put a pot and frying pan on the stove and turn them both on low
In the pot add the water and stock cube and stir 
In the frying pan add garlic, chilli paste, carrots and spinach and mix
Cook until the stock cube is dissolved and the carrots have softened 
Add egg whit on top of the ingredients in the frying pan and start mixing fast
Make sure egg is cooked thinly and into small chunks
Add contents of the frying pan to soy pot and continue to stir over heat
Pour into 2 cups and enjoy :)
I know it sounds weird but the egg takes on the flavor of everything else and it’s so nice. The chilli, onion and garlic paste I used is from Woolworths and the brand is ‘stonemil’ it’s really good for flavor at 4cals-5g
