CALM DOWN ABOUT NET NEUTRALITY.
Don’t worry. They still have to go to court.
But guess what? There’s something you didn’t know about the vote.
Get this: the vote was basically illegal.
You heard me right. Eric Schneiderman, American lawyer, said in Twitter: “I will sue to stop the FCC’s illegal rollback of #netneutrality. New Yorkers and all Americans deserve a free and open internet.”
Not only do we have another ally, but now we know that the vote wasn’t supposed to happen.
We’ve got this. Now the REAL FIGHT starts now.

I Just Finished ACOWAR
And holy crap. I didn’t think it would end like that. I mean, I kinda figured that no one was going to REALLY die (they would almost die, or pull a Feyre or something.) but what an amazing ending to the series.
I hope the other books are about all of their kids. I need to see Rhys get the chance to be a dad. And Cassian.

As we await ACOWAR
(IT’S OUT TOMORROW AAAAAAHHHH)
So I was re-reading ACOMAF. Now usually when I do, I skip all the Tamlin Parts (because I hate it), and then I don't read the whole part when they’re in Hybern (because I value my sanity and my emotional wellbeing). BUT THIS TIME I read the whole thing, annoying beginning, crushing ending and all. BUT I CAUGHT SOMETHING THAT IVE NEVER NOTICED BEFORE:
“No one knew what to call me. I wasn’t born High Fae. I’d been Made - resurrected and given this new body by the seven High Lords if Prythian. I wasn’t Tamlin’s mate, as far as I knew. There was no mating bond between us - yet. Honestly .... Honestly, Ianthe with her bright gold hair, those teal eyes, elegant features and supple body, looked more like Tamlin’s mate. His equal.” - Brought to you by Feyre’s inner monologue on page 16 of ACOMAF.
I know everyone dives WAY too deep with these books, and I know that the mating bond is so rare that it doesn’t make sense to have so many all of a sudden...... BUT GUYS. We know that SJM doesn’t say ANYTHING in these freaking books without a reason. SHE TOLD US that Feyre and Rhysand were mates in ACOTAR. If I’ve learned anything from the last couple years of beautiful agony, it is that everything is important. So WHY WOULD SHE SAY THAT. Maybe Tamlin is too wrapped up in the notion that women are property and not people with their own free will to leave and love other people when treated badly, he disregarded all thought for anything else?
Also, if Ianthe and Tamlin did hook up on Calanmai (that’s what we’re all assuming at this point, pre-ACOWAR, right?) would the bond have slapped into place for her?
I can barely contain my excitement and nerves for this monstrosity of a book. I JUST WANT MY BABIES TO BE TOGETHER AND FOR RHYS TO GET THE HAPPY ENDING HE DOESN’T THINK HE DESERVES AND FOR FEYRE TO GET A FAMILY AND FOR MOR AND AZ TO KISS AND FOR AMREN TO GO HOME AND FOR TAMLIN TO REALIZE HE’S WRONG AND ROT IN HELL (preferably The Prison?) AND AAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHH

I’m honestly getting tired of everyone assuming that Ianthe is Tamlin’s mate, or Mor and Az. Or Nesta and Cassian. In the books it is stated that a mating bond is rare, not as rare as children, but that it happens instantly.
Obviously with how Rhys and Lucien acted if Mor and Az were mates it would’ve already happened. And with Ianthe is she was Tamlins mate he wouldn’t care about Feyre really.
It also puts forth what Rhys said about his parents being Mates and being wrong for each other. That not every mated pair is perfect. So I doubt Elain is going to be as happy with Lucien after spending up until her creation being a human who is afraid and hates fae.
I’ve also noticed though that most pairs that have been mated are the ones who reproduce. So I wonder if that’s why children are rare because mating bonds are rare.

Each time Feyre deposits her wedding ring, for example, to paint, Rhys takes the ring, kneels down and proposes again to her.
