headcanon: feelings about somebodies
For the most part, he's fairly tame about it. The only thing he's conflicted over is why they have hearts and why he doesn't and why, in the end, that makes it a big deal. While he does want a heart, he's more so consumed with the idea that in order to have Sora stop Xemnas, he's the one that has to give up his life. He ultimately understands this, but the sense of confliction that governs his thoughts about them!

"Because asking about it is obviously going to make it easier for people to admit how open they are."
Some people are just kind of blunt, too. Maybe there are people who don’t really care about hiding that stuff?

"Jeez, are they actually expecting people to come out with it or what?"
Well… I guess it’s a big deal when people are asking that…

"Then you know why people make a big deal about it!"
Of course not! That’s private information!

Ask the character/mun: Ask the muse whatever you want for them to answer IC; or ask the mun a personal question to get to know better or to get an OOC answer.
Truth/Dare: Be reasonable with the dares! If you start getting ridiculous no one will want to do them; characters aren’t really obligated to do all the dares they receive. Don’t forget about the truth part as well!
Headcanon: Anons send the character a word, or a name and you may write a small/long headcanon about said word!
Drabbles: Give the muse a prompt and they may write a short drabble on it.

> The blond sighs, recalling the motion that had driven him to kick the metal object. It's a feeling that's very familiar to him, even now. The anger had faded, but not entirely as it quickly broiled up again. Roxas tightens his grip, turning gloved hands into fists.
"I was angry, and now I just feel...so helpless."
> That was what he felt about being stuck. He had never been in a hospital before, but there was nothing wrong with him and if they were going to keep insisting that and he had no way of going against them, he didn't know what he was going to do. They had even managed to mark him with that weird thing on his arm, not even Xemnas could do that.
pain of solitude. [BR open]
“Don’t worry about it.”
[ The brunet says while shaking his head. There would have been more force behind that can if it was aimed at him on purpose, so there really was no reason to be upset over it.]
“Why’d you kick it in the first place if you don’t mind me asking?”
[ He wasn’t going to say that he agreed that it was a pretty childish action since it probably had a good reason behind it. Last time he checked, kicking some random object meant that a person was either angry or annoyed, maybe both. Syaoran being Syaoran, felt the need to see if this complete stranger was okay. He was just really nice like that.]

"Somewhere, just not your your head. Sorry, I wasn't looking where it was going."
> He seems as he glances away at the mention of the can again. It wasn't like he wanted to kick at can at her, he was just... frustrated! That was all, to have it bring about unfortunate results wasn't exactly out of expectations, but it was still annoying when avoidant you had to deal with them.
> Roxas stares at her again, head following the motions of her dramatic gestures. He's confused, it seems like such a trivial thing, but she's making a big deal out of it, so it must be a big deal? But if it was such a big deal, Xemnas or Axel must have told him about it. He's never had problems with sleep, and in fact he feels a little sorry for her if that was the case.
""A.. sleeping mask? I've never seen one before. Does it block out the light to help you sleep?"
pain of solitude. [BR open]
“Then where did you expect it to go?” She questioned, “The moon~?”
Shrugging off his statement, she let out a very tired yawn. It wasn’t exactly like she was wearing something strange or out of place, after all it was just a normal sleeping mask. And it wasn’t like she could sleep any other way with the blinding way the hospital lights seemed to shine when she first awoke here.
His appearance, cute, definitely seemed to suit his personality from the looks of things. Naivety might be endearing, but it was hardly admirable or attractive. She made sure to be very dramatic while indicating her mask, after all if he had the mindset of a child that was how she would treat him.
“This ol’ thing~? It’s a sleeping mask, of course!”

> When a nobody dies, they fade into a puddle of black? That was news to Roxas, even though in the back of his heart he acknowledged that this was their fate. Born from darkness, nobodies must have gone back into the nothingness as part of their fate, huh?
"I don't remember dying. They said we were brought here for 'treatment', but you can't treat a dead person, right? I don't even remember being sick because I was going to fight Sora before I was brought here....ngh."
> Roxas brings a couple of fingers to his head, kneading it beneath his hair as he tries to remember. It's like he's dreaming of memories that shouldn't have been.
the next life;
“Heard you the first time, buddy.”
{ this time, he’s quicker not to drop the ball, albeit the whole universal exchange of..death? is he dead? regardless, it’s not settling well with him- but if he can be here, with Roxas of all people, he reckons there can’t be too much to complain about in the afterlife.
not that he’s all too certain this is it, yet, of course. }
“Last I checked, I was sort of fading away in a puddle of black? Tends to happen when Nobodies dies, after all.” { he gives a low chuckle, because damn if he isn’t all too conflicted about that choice. Axel gives his limbs a good shake, the numbness of his temporary(?) death giving way.
finally, he turns to the blond and cants his head to the side, a shrug rolling his shoulders in faux-nonchalance. the faintest of smirks falls on his features. }
“I should be askin’ you that, silly. But, hey, ‘least I kept my promise, right?”

"Shut up! You have no right!"
[ By now, Roxas seems to have recovered. He regains his stance before raising his keyblade at Sora again. He was expecting Sora to put a good fight, or else this wouldn't have been worth the effort.
As Sora releases his own stance, Roxas does that same. His clear blue eyes scan the white walls, and he finally notices these are the white walls and not the Dive to the Heart like he thought it would be. Oathkeeper and Oblivion disappears from his hands as Roxas attempts to gather his wits. The keyblade bearer glances around. ]
"How-"
I don't... understand."
a good other;
[As Roxas jumps back, Sora allows the tip of his keyblade to graze the ground in his right hand, standing still, unprovoking. His Nobody’s resentment was so painfully clear that Sora was beginning to think that he had no other options— beginning being the key word. The situation was difficult, strange, and complicated, but it could be made easier if the blonde made the slightest effort to cooperate.]
“You’re the one who doesn’t know anything!” [he shouted, raising his own voice without thinking.]
“What do you think you’re doing?”
“How are you even here?”
[The situation was impossible, yet it wasn’t an illusion or a memory. What other explanation was there?]

"Axel!"
> He calls the taller nobody's name again, testing it on this tongue after seeing his response. The euphoria he feels explodes inside his chest, and he almost feels like his stomach is twisting in excitement.
> Panting, Roxas doesn't stop until they are only a couple of footsteps apart. Axel looks the same as he always has, spikes messy enough to puncture a balloon, and paler than the walls in the Chamber of Repose. It's of course, his eyes that confirm the other's presence. They are the sharp contrast of emeralds against the unsaturated white walls.
"What are you doing here?"
the next life;
{ there is the steep sensation of his entire being- that he, honestly, was questioning whether or not he truly didn’t possess- getting torn from his body, upon which it is forcefully slammed back into him as the scenery fizzles from familiarity to completely uncharted territory.
it is only the shout of his name that draws his senses away from the burning scent of antiseptics and the sight of gurneys and IVs. his knees nearly buckle at the recognition of the blond- the should not be, could not be there boy with oceanic eyes. }
”..Roxas?”

> Seeing that Sora's own keyblade forms a barrier between himself and his other, Roxas jumps back. there's about a couple of feet's distance between them, and if Roxas so desired, he could jump in closer again, swinging his blade to get another strike at Sora. Even though this is a battle he knows he has to lose, and even though Sora seems to know what's going on, he's not giving up this fight.
"Rghh-"
"Just because it picked you doesn't mean anything! You don't know me!"
> This isn't Sora's heart, and Roxas knows that. But he has his own questions to answer that only Sora can answer. His own confusion prevents him from joining with Sora again, yet Roxas can't feel the thin bonds that must have caused his own materialization. This is a confusing situation, but he's much too concerned with Sora's presence to care.
a good other;
[Everything was stopping him. This fight was too reminiscent of their previous battle within his heart. But unlike back then, Sora didn’t currently hold any contempt for the hooded figure. Even if he tried to get himself to feel angry at the blonde, it just wouldn’t work. Things were different now. Sora had experienced Roxas’s emotions, felt foreign tears running down his face, even held memories that weren’t his own. The keyblade wielder thought they had accepted one another with some level of respect.
That’s why this battle hurt him. All that malice he saw in the other’s eyes— it was like nothing had ever happened; suddenly, they were strangers again.
Roxas’s increased irritation seemed to add power to his hits, but made his moves a bit more predictable. Once he gets the chance, Sora thrusts his keyblade horizontally in an attempt to hold back the other’s two blades, pushing forward against it with both hands. He truly believed that if he could buy some time, he might be able to stop all of this.]
“Because I know you.”
“But I don’t know what you’re thinking!”
