Technology something we depend on, something that helps us develop new machines and devices that can help make work easier. It has lots of advantages such as how we can manipulate new machinery to do tasks ranging from simple house chores to carrying and transporting heavy objects faster and fasther. It also has disadvantages like factory workers being replaced by more advanced and more efficient machines. Instead of libraries, children now refer to the internet for research. This increases the unemployment rate of humans which would also increase the amount of poor people and poverty. Behind all of this is technology, but what is this technology? Why do we depend on it? To me, technology is simply the application of science to develop devices and machinery. To cut this short, it's applied science. Despite it's ups and downs, we depend on it because it has been with us for so long that we can't live without it. It's even older than our parents. However bad or good it is technology will be used by us and those yet to come.
