This weekend I went through some of my A-Level pieces, I remember particularly enjoying painting this watercolour from an i-D Magazine photoshoot.

After seeing Amelia Dimoldenberg’s Instagram Story of ‘A MUST SEE’ recommendation, reading Uju Asika’s glowing press review and hearing Lily Allen’s eye-opening trip to the theatre, I knew I had to book to see ‘For Black Boys…’ before their final performance in June.
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ‘a powerful and deeply moving meditation on Black masculinity and Black life in Britain’ – The Guardian.
For Black Boys Who Have Considered Suicide When The Hue Gets Too Heavy @ The Garrick Theatre in London, on until 1st June 2024.

My current favourite podcast is ‘Miss Me?’ staring Miquita Oliver and Lily Allen, produced by BBC Sounds.
I grew up watching Miquita Oliver on T4 every Sunday morning and I’ve always been a massive Lily Allen fan having followed her career from an early age, so the podcast just feels like hanging out with your mates.
Both Lily and Miquita are super-honest and relaxed as they discuss weekly headlines and share hilarious anecdotes from their lifelong friendship.
