Saw this on Twitter. So basically what i expected from the anime, Blake and Yang will be in their V1/V2 phase, and it honestly makes sense! Considering only two episodes are dedicated to the V1/V2 recap, it is likely that the show will skim over Dance Arc so i don't think we will get Burning the Candle, although i'll tell you this: whenever the story diverges from canon, and whenever Blake and Yang get to interact after that, i believe we might see an equivalent scene in AU setting, something in the spirit of V2 bees. I don't expect explicit romance out of it!! However it being an anime makes me imagine that whatever moment they get, even if its not actually romantic, might be happening under the infamous queerbaity? anime style....if you know what i mean? (I know im generalizing a lot sorry lol) . I don't mean it as a bad thing for once because bees are canon and this is set in a moment of the story where they aren't dating yet. So ironically i think in this one case, if something like this were to happen it'd only count as extra bb material in my book lol. Again what marks the difference for me is that these two are a real thing actually so 🤷

Anyways im interested to see where this anime diverges from canon in a first place because im still confused from yesterday's post lol
