✨ Stop Waiting & Start Living ✨ I’ve always had the tendency to err on the side of caution, always too fearful to try anything too crazy. I was mostly scared of what people would think or say about me. 2018! My most fulfilling year yet, both professionally and personally. The main question I got asked over Christmas was how do I stay so motivated at the gym? The truth is there are days I’m not motivated but I get my ass out of bed and I go to the gym anyway because I know I’ll thank myself for it later. 💪🏼 This morning was my first day back at the gym after the Christmas break and it was honestly bloody hard. 🎄✨ It was so incredibly hard to get out of bed, I was hot, I felt heavy and I was puffed. But I had a bloody great Christmas break spent with my family eating and drinking and now it’s time to get back into it. I find my motivation comes from wanting to be gig fit and I find my anxiety is also way more manageable when I’m exercising.
