ive made this post before but again why do northern state trans people talk like the government is fully just rounding up and executing transgenders on sight in the south

#yeah texan here #never lived anywhere else but I’ve moved cities here a few times #and i can def tell you all that while it’s not perfect it’s not strictly dangerous #I’ve been openly queer for most of my life. granted im a afab white girl so I don’t get the worst of anything #but it’s rare that people have issues with me bc of my lesbian inclinations #been called a dyke/fag/homo a few times but aside from that its fine #I have tons of trans and poc friends here too and again. It is not perfect by any means but they exist and lead content lives #people forget that the south has soooo many majority black or latino areas #i think it’s really weird how some northerns treat us all like stupid brainwashed illiterate bigots #especially when it comes to the undereducation our populations face. like yeah. were impoverished #people have to quit school to go work #and even if you attend school you don’t get a quality education because the local gov refuses to invest #northerners im actually begging you to educate yourselves on southern politics/culture outside of the maga stereotypes #not to mention you gave us jd vance #AND TRUMP.#signed your feeds facist hating texan lesbian
