exercise (get those steps to 10k come on)

catch up on assignments or projects (stares at my 3 overdue tasks at work)
talk to someone new
buzzfeed quizzes
girlsgogames

watch an entire tv series or movie series
yoga
draw or write something, even if you think you have no skill

lock in to your work day super hard (i do this all the time to distract myself)

any tips on how to stop your stomach rumbling/prevent it from rumbling (for in school) because it’s really embarrassing in a quiet class but i hate eating just to make it stop
Aside from the obvious drinking water that you've probably already done before, what you can do is avoid gas triggering foods the day before school, such as dairy products, certain vegetables (cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli,) certain fruits (peaches, apples, pears,) also sucking your stomach in and holding your breath for a couple seconds helps stop your stomach from growling especially if you take a sip of water while sucking your stomach in! Try breathing exercises too, two deep breaths in then out through the mouth, remember your stomach rumbling doesn't always mean you're hungry, it can also be from stress too so try not to think about food and focus on anything else, keep yourself distracted!
