On this blessed holiday known as World Emoji Day, I present to you, my personal take on a favorite emoji of mine: Smiling Face With Open Mouth and Cold Sweat Emoji. For when you have to say "I am very anxious and uncertain about this but ok".

They say that when the moon is full and the clock strikes midnight, an ordinary subway car turns into... METRO AL MOUSOUKH! * creepy lightning strike * This poster was designed for Metro Al Madina's مترو المسوخ event, an Arabic rap night by الراس El Rass - The Head, Al Darwish\الدرويش, Al Asli الأصلي, Mehrak - محراك, and El Sawt, collectively known as Al Mousoukh (The Freaks). Given that the title was literally "Train of Freaks", I decided to make the poster a tribute to schlocky 1950s B-movies and the creatures that starred in them.

Another month, another دِسTortion jam session at Metro Al Madina. This month's features a monster drum set! Yes, a drum set made of monsters, being played by a monster, working together to make... some kind of musical expression. Also, I liked the illustration for this one very much. So here it is in all its full-color glory. I got major "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends" vibes while working on it, and I'd love to do a children's book project in this style some day...
