How to make the flowers to Adobe effect
Since I chose to use a more mural style colouring brush, I used procreate to draw my animation from the door open and then exported it, saved the PNG frames to a device file and compressed it to ensure that the exported image was high resolution. After decompression, then go to effect to import the sequence frame, so you can import the effect animation without background!

Some background and flowers
This flower animation was exported by me directly on procreate, even though I chose the png format, the exported animation still had the background present, so I searched for how to deal with this problem on the internet, until I found an instructional video by a Chinese blogger on bilibili, according to the video I learnt how to export an animation without a background to effect.

Some problems encountered and solutions
While sketching, I found out that the skeleton in the sketch can't be without the waist, which will make it easy to control the length of the waist poorly during the drawing process, resulting in an inharmonious animation.
Monk walking is my first attempt at walking animation with toon boom, my first exposure to skeletal animation, and I think it's a good place to start, and with continued online learning I was finally able to complete this animation!
Figure 3 shows the different styles of video exported by effect. Different settings for the same video will result in different colours being exported, and after much trial and error I have found an export format that has the least amount of colour difference from the rest of the footage.

The original bell-16\06\2023
The Initial Beginning
The initial opening bell movement was wrong, and it was only under Mark's guidance that I changed it even more to the current animated opening. Through this shot I understand how the following motion is combined with the object and how it is applied to the animation. This mistake also shows me that animation is not only based on my own imagination, but also on observing life.

Final animation
This is my final version of the animation, I added some titles at the end, I think it's a pretty good job, it shows what I wanted to express, and I managed to realise the Dunhuang frescoes in the form of animation. However, I think there are some shortcomings in this animation, first of all, the people in the background have no movement, this is because I have been changing the shots during the process, often deleting the shots that have already been done, although the final result is not bad, but this process is quite a waste of time!
This process made me realise what I was lacking in storyboarding. So I'll try to learn more in this direction in the coming days

Animation
There were a lot of changes this time, mainly in the ordering of the shots. sarah thought it was important for the girl to not disappear after her appearance to appear again, so I changed the order of some of the shots by switching the order of the monks arriving in the painting and the girl dancing, which I thought was a good change for my animation, and it made the story flow better.

dance 1.0
In this shot I tried to include some dynamic lines coming in to reflect the quickness and articulation of the action, and it was clearly a useful experiment that allowed me to accomplish a relatively smooth animation with very few frames. After this I realised that thinking about how the action happens and thinking about the lines of movement is very effective in 2D animation. I will try this more in my future work.
