Okay life update; im still in college woop woop!! As a result of being busy and a general guilt over saying im gonna do stuff and then never doing that stuff, im just going to say that the stuff ill make for this au comes out when it comes out! Until im definitively sure that i have time to make new art i will not make anymore promises

In other news, i am once again updating their ref sheets! My art has improved greatly since ive last drawn the sillies and im itching to update their looks! To all of those who have miraculously (pun intended) stayed followed to me despite my absence, thank you!! The rest of what i can say is this; i am not giving up on this au, its a passion project i have on the side but its something i care about nonetheless so dont expect me to be ditching this anytime soon!

Not yet but i want to! Ive seen posts of the edgy!chat noir and ladybug beefing with the originals so thats pretty funny lol, mayhaps i will make eldritch versions of them one day i think it’d be fun

Howdy sorry for the lack of updates im in college so my life is kind of busy rn, but fear not i plan on having duusus ref being done by the end of this weekend! And as always my ask box is open if yall want to ask about anything (doesnt have to be related to this au btw it can be anything really lol)

Its appears duusuu is next! However hes got two designs (pre broken miraculous and post broken miraculous) so heres a question for ye, would you rather i post both at the same time or post the first one as soon as i get it done and then post the second one when that one gets done

Powers and abilities (other than basic kwamis ones)

- Flight

- Super strength

- Can transform people into super hero’s based on strong emotions (though of course hes making super villains at the moment)

- Can jam radio signals temporarily using the radio on his chest (he can function as a regular radio as well), can also speak through other radios

- Can transmit thoughts to other peoples brains via his antenna, for example when nooroo gets a nightmare it is shared with gabriel or if he wants to tell Natalie something without gabriel knowing he can send his thoughts to her brain and then receive hers in return (only works in a close proximity to him)

- Can absorb/redirect electrical currents

Personality:

Timid and anxious, “little” nooroo is the youngest of the kwamis by a large margin. Although he tries to be confident he cant seem to stop thinking about how anything and everything could go wrong at any time, giving him a tendency to fidget. Despite his timidness he is a sweetheart among sweet hearts, he has the most gentle soul of all the kwamis though he doesnt brag about it. However now that hes under the abusive control of gabriel he is in a constant state of fear and distrusts most everyone he sees.

Relationships:

Tikki and pollen- his “older sisters”, fiercely protective of him even if he is bigger than the both of them. Before his miraculous’s disappearance they would be practically inseparable, trying to help build his confidence but when his miraculous was lost they were the most devastated of all the kwamis

Gabriel - nooroo is terrified of him, gabriel has been nothing but cruel to poor nooroo in order to “keep him in his place”, had gabriel found any other miraculous he wouldnt have lasted a minute with how he treats him.

Duusuu - prior to the disappearances of their respective miraculous’s they were kind of a thing (romantically), though they never truly got to do true couple stuff before they separated

Natalie - initially wanted to befriend her but gabriels behavior made him distrust her by association, over time he starts to see that she means him no harm and starts trusting her a but more

Fun facts:

- he has always been the most timid and anxious of the kwamis, he is seen as a little sibling by most of them and they protected him as such, however his time with gabriel has greatly spiked his anxiety and timidness, as such to cope he has strings that he makes webs with and repeats the phrase “weave the web dont let it break” over and over to calm himself

- When overwhemled his voice gets staticky and sparky to the touch, when he hits his breaking point he releases a burst of electrical energy

- He is the reason the cryptid moth man exists, at one point someone found his miraculous in a pawn shop though they weren’t exactly expecting a giant moth to come out of it. Nooroo tried escaping into the woods with his miraculous and almost got hit by a car, to which the people inside were left terrified and started talking about seeing a “moth man”, he kept getting spotted (which spread his name of “the moth man”) before retreating into his miraculous that was once again taken and eventually brought back to france where it was being sold in another pawn shop.

- He sounds like jayden libran (collin from helluva boss)

- He absolutely loves flowers and is an expert flower crown weaver

Im reworking some of the heights of the kwamis meaning tikki isnt the smallest anymore mullo gets that place lmao (they’re still pretty damn big tho), anyways thats why tikkis says “one of the smallest” instead of the smallest just incase i needed to make myself clear

Tikkis redesign! Gave her a glow up me thinks

Powers and abilities (other than basic kwamis ones):

- super strength

- Incredible speed (faster than a fighter jet)

- Ear splitting screech ability

- Sturdy shell

- Can split her jaw in half

- In extreme circumstances she can shut off her nerves from feeling pain so she can tank through a fight (leaves her exhausted afterward)

- Can grow a second set of arms

Personality:

Blunt and analytical of most every situation, this makes her come off as unfeeling and or uncaring, her dead vacant eyes and powerful but cold stance dont help either. Despite this she is quite sensitive and caring to those shes close to, she’ll also act quite motherly to you too if you happen to be a human child who only recently acquired her miraculous. Despite her secretly sweet center, if you somehow manage to piss her off she will not hesitate to eviscerate you where you stand all while having an empty look on her face. Being the leader of the kwamis she ensures that everyone stays in line, giving a general “i respect you you respect me” policy that extends to her and the other kwamis holders, though she tends to get a bit lenient to those she favors (mainly plagg, his holder and marinette).

Relationships:

Plagg - same as in show but much more “affectionate” (hint hint wink wink) and teasing. These two ground and balance each other, she helps keep plaggs destructive and hangry tendencies in check and he keeps her from being uptight and serious all the time (as well as keeping her from turning a certain someone into a fine paste because he wont stop picking a fight with the other kwamis).

Wang fu- same as in show but they have more respect and understanding for each other

Marinette - their relationship with one another started out shaky but slowly overtime they developed a mother daughter relationship

Fun facts:

- Her voice is either elizabeth maxwell (prospera mercury) or maggie robertson (alcina dimitrescu) (leaning more towards Maggie but take your pick lol)

- Despite being one of the smallest of the kwamis shes still a staggering 10ft

- Loves sweets but is embarrassed to admit this and tries to hide this fact

- Doesn’t move her mouth when she speaks, however if she ever does move her mouth to talk to you then you have officially won her over (if she doesnt speak to you at all then it was nice knowing ya)

- Isnt used to the whole taking care of a teenager thing but tries her best

- To stay hidden she shrinks down super small, this doesn’t inhibit her ability to kill you though lets be real

Revamped eldritch plagg! Much happier with his newer design

Powers and abilities:

Like tikki (and every other kwami) he has his basic kwami powers but now with:

- super strength (mostly with his biting power)

- Can see scent lines (takes some focus to see them)

- Highly corrosive blood, saliva, etc

- Extremely agile and fast

- Can lose teeth and grow them back almost immediately

- Extremely clear night vision and hearing

- Big mouth with a long tongue with a grabber at the end

His personality mostly remains unchanged (still enjoys the misfortune of others, a teaser, lazy) except his teasing could easily be disguised as threats he is perfectly capable of going through with. He can be quite sadistic and malevolent when he wants to be and its what he comes off as when his holder, adrien, meets him for the first time. As he warms up to him, however, its clear hes just a kooky (if unhinged) guy with an abnormal love for cheese and a bizarre sense of humor that most would find distasteful. Among the kwamis he is the second most powerful, as such he is treated as a second in command but the kind that you can joke around and have fun with but still have to be weary of because of how powerful he is.

Relationships:

Tikki - same as in show, but hes a bit more obvious with his advances to her and enjoys teasing her. Like stated previously, theyre like ying and yang and depend on each other to keep themselves anchored, they have the deepest and longest relationship of any of the kwamis (and despite what tikki protests theyre practically in love with each other, worlds cutest couple coming through)

Wang fu - same as in show but hes a bit more of a teaser with him (which ends up getting him a few bonks on the head from wang fu)

Adrien - like marinette and tikkis relationship, adrien and plaggs started off rocky with adrien mostly being terrified of plagg and plagg not exactly knowing how to interact with adrien. However because of a lack of a proper guardian in his life adrien got used to plagg and saw him as a parental figure much quicker than marinette did with tikki.

Fun facts:

- has a “unique” pallet to say the least, eats horrible people and the worse the person the tastier they are to him. Since his hunger is practically never ending he can eat as many terrible people as he wants like candy. He also has an abnormal taste for rotting flesh, human or otherwise, which is why he enjoys stinky cheese like camembert and the smell of gross socks

- His voice is brian stokes Mitchell, aka the nowhere king from centaurworld

- Like tikki he is not used to being a parental figure but takes to it quicker than she does and fully embraces being a dad

- Stays hidden by becoming a shadow, is capable of interacting with objects by touching their shadows

- Mainly uses his grabby tongue for eating cheese but also uses it to be gross and mess with people
