I REALLY need to rewrite my bill and ford analysis. i cant keep seeing takes like "bill has no remorse and never cared about ford ☝️". i couldve countered that before tbob came out and i can counter it even harder now. not to excuse bills actions or whatever but because its a lot more compelling and fun for analysis to acknowledge that bill IS capable of remorse and affection and still chooses to be a piece of shit. slams my fists against a table

I'm glad Hana seems to be as insane about Ford as I am about Bill because to be honest ever since tbob came out I've mostly stayed in my own corner of the fandom rambling about how I think the book still uses strangely ableist language about Bill in the year of 24 and how fans also still talk about his mentality and emotional capacity in questionable ways, that I didn't even know about people having weird discourse about Ford potentially having NPD. Gravity Falls fans be normal about mentally ill people challenge, I guess.

I wanna know what the Change God statue economy in Vaugarde looks like considering the House of Change has a whole thing about every statue being made by a different artist, preferrably yourself.

Like, Houses having a lot of them standing around and there being bigger statues of them like in Dormont tells me that at least you'd be allowed to comission Change God statues. But I highly doubt they're being mass-produced or anything like that.

Is that why there's so many smaller statues around the big one in Dormont? Because people don't want to give them away/can't sell them? Is it okay to sell away a Change God on an individual basis, like maybe you don't want it anymore? What do you do with statues owned by a person who died? Are there different opinions on the matter depending on wether you sell them or give them away?

i forgot people might also not know about shinigamis "id use the death note just once to know if its real" i think you can trust the creature showing up in your house to look for the note telling you it kills people. but also ryuk sure did only show up after light tested the book.
