Fair Warning to anyone who likes otomes.

Don't purchase from Aeon Dreams Studio, they're a shady indie producer who has owed backers a game for two years, and pushed it aside for their newest BTS project, TTEOTS.

I've been waiting for an update on their game Echoes forever now, and in response to fans being angered by the lack of any solid updates, they victimized themselves, and said they didn't have the drive to post updates because they couldn't handle the negative response. They even blocked their 3k backer, and many other backers for wanting to know what was happening with the game they funded, AND with the physical goods promised that have taken 2 years to mail. The mailing for those items has now been put on ‘hiatus’ along with the rest of the company while they find priority to argue with random racist tweeters instead of update backers.

Theres plenty of threads popping up on twitter about them, but since their games are such a small niche not many people will see. Please don’t support them, and make sure others know not to aswell. Their money will be taken, and treated as donations.

so, i gathered just a handful testimonials from replies and messages revealing just how unprofessional they are with their commission work by leaving their commissioners in silence for months. do not commission ghost-oakes unless you want to wait for months, watching them pump out other commissions and art while you twiddle your thumbs 

i have my own testimonial too: i had tried to order a holiday icon back when they were offering them. weeks went by and i heard nothing, no updates. all the while, they were creating gift icons for friends for free and other such art. when i finally did hear back, the holidays were over and i still got no visual progress (but i was told it was being worked on). they said they would finish it in a week - nothing. i asked them about it again, another week - still nothing. it wasn’t until i threatened to backdraft them (which in most cases i would NEVER do, but i felt it was my only option) that i got my money back.

Hi, welp, that post got big, didn't expect anything to come from it. More so me urging people overall who've been scammed than anything else.

I am not naming anyone because I dont know who people are possibly all talking about, and I have no right to air the issues of others who choose to be silent however much i disagree with it. Sorry!

Just saying, if you've had a big artist that you've adopted from thats scammed you...? Don't be quiet about it. Revealing them threatens their career more than your own. If you turn the other way you only allow others to be taken advantage of.

No matter how big an artist is, they really aren't as untouchable as you might believe, espescially if you have the proper proof.

I dunno how people could dislike Lanques route. He's portrayed as a realistic person imo?? People are upset he got mad at Lynera for gossiping about him without knowing him, but its totally reasonable, and something we'd all do in his situation
