most of my attacks for this year’s art fight! There’s way too many people to tag for this post but you’ll find all of them on my account! ( under each attack )

I had a lot of fun this year and I’m hoping to attack more people next time! But for now, small break

QUINN:

- currently working on their endo skeleton since they lack the protective shell worker drones usually possess

- still working on lore but they’re morally gray, they do both good and bad deeds as long as it provides them something yknow yknow

SILAS:

- reworking their shapes and general design bc i felt like the initial one didn’t rlly do them justice ( as in, didn’t tell much on who they were )

- giving them a backpack

- Colors might be different bc they were a bit too similar to a disassembly drone’s imo

This scene was so awesome and cool and I loved it a lot. Originally when I started drawing this I had a very different concept for the tone (it was gonna be more mature/romantic) but this is cute and a little whimsy and I thought it suited them pretty nice. It’s mostly due to procreate being a little odd in my hands, I always work a little messier on there. Very fun bright colors tho

Hi! Wanted to challenge myself a bit so I kinda did a "show their pov" type drawing! It was very fun to mess with colors ohoho

These two are Esme and Silas! This is during the time they were together before something happened but I’ll leave it at that for now.

Looooveee your art! I do have a question, what brush were you using in that first one? With Doll and Uzi.

I used the lining brush from a free procreate brush set by Fish!

I also like using the sketching brushes to doodle/sketch out a lot of my drawings

do you not like the ending of heartbeat because of uzi being afraid of N?

The ending is fine imo! I think it was also understandable why Uzi was afraid at that time since she just met what is basically an eldritch horror

I’d be scared too, since at that point of the series everything is a lil confusing and not yet clear for everyone involved!

( I believe she was more in a state of shock at the time and not specifically afraid of N? but more afraid of the events that just happened + the situation? maybe it’s a bit of everything )

So yeah for where the story currently was at that point, I think the ending was okay 👍

can you imagine uzi and thad meeting each other when they were kids and becoming friends?

I could kind of see it yeah, their dynamic always felt slightly more friendly than the rest of the worker drones in ep 1.

Not sure about them meeting when they were kids and how far it’d go but I assumed they did see each other a few times when they were younger.

( but more as acquaintances/casual friends than anything. They don’t feel too close but not strangers either if that makes sense )

I’d have to check again and explore the idea more, it’s pretty interesting!
