Cheez-It in conjunction with Troy Landwher for “The Big Cheese” event in 2008 created a 2,000 pound sculpture of the signing of the declaration of independence out of Wisconsin Cheddar. I think so far, this sculpture still holds the world record for the biggest cheese sculpture ever.
