Just an askblog for my (gab) Brawl Stars headcanons.Feel free to ask any questions about Eddy (baby Colt) and the Goldarm gang. But you can ask other stuff too.I won't answer the questions in character, only I am the narrator here.I'll hold it until I get bored.

The Starrs is a great family of brilliant innovators, generations ago, they uncovered technologies of the past, and used their ingenuity to help restore the land to its former glory, and to unite its people.
To a younger Sam, they were role models of innovation and creativity, as a kid living off scraps in the barren desert, their wonderful machines were a few sparks of hope.
But as their grasp on the land grew, they slowly started to take more and more from everyone. What were once shining dreaming machines were now instruments of oppression, and he had to give up everything to save himself. Where did it go so wrong?
I like to think as the Starrs as a mix between Disney and some kind of mob family. They once had a salutable dream of bringing happiness to the people, but as their empire grew, they became corrupt with power. I think their end goal is to acquire total control of the land, and to establish some kind of perfect utopia. In total opposite of the badlands, it would be an artificial wonderland where nobody would ever be sad and stuff (but I'm not sure). They're also a bit hush hush, some Starrs are publicly known but they mostly stay hidden by the public, the only thing they are really known for is Starr Park, but not the dozen more ventures they've dabbled into.

Headcanon : Janet and Bonnie's mom used to sing them Fly me to the Moon to comfort them when they were little.
Today, they both like to imagine she's waiting for them on the moon, so they fly as high as possible to get closer to her.

💭Mortis doesn't have any blood or fluid in his body because it has been all taken out when he was embaumed.
He does't have a pulse, his skin is very cold, dry and pale, and his limbs are very rigid. He has to stretch often to move properly, and he has to apply a lot of products to make his body look natural and to kill any bacteria or parasite entering his body. His immune system shut down, and while he can't die from sickness, he has to be careful not to contaminate anyone. It's litteraly his job so he's used to it.
He's never thirsty, hungry or tired. He doesn't even need to breathe, but it's still part of his reflexes. He never has proper meals, he mostly drinks, and only nibbles on food during social events. Anything he ingests passes right through his body, and going to the toilet is a pain for him.
Speaking of pain, he doesn't technically feel it, but he does have some kind of "phantom pain" when injured. It's the same for his touch. Because of this, he injures himself a lot, but his body regenerates very fast, so he doesn't even notice sometimes.
The only things still working in his body are his muscles, his sense of smell, sight, hearing and taste, as well as his cell regeneration, which was greatly improved. He's able to heal from any injury very fast, while not needing any energy to do so. He would be completely fine if you chopped off his head (not that he tried...)

the curse of eternity
After his tragic passing, Mortis mysteriously crawled out of his own grave. While his twin brother was euphoric to see him back, he couldn't help to notice that he had changed. Most of Mortis' bodily functions shut down; and yet, he was still walking and talking like nothing happened. He didn't need to eat or sleep, his injuries healed extremely fast, and his heart stopped beating, Mortis became as cold and pale as a cadaver. Because everyone was horrified by what he had become, he hid himself, and only came out at night. But his brother never gave up on him, Mortis was cursed with this horrendous form, but he was not a monster, he promised to stay by his side forever. Obviously, he couldn't hold such a promise.
