A painting artist HAS TO GO (my opinion) to Tuscany at least once. So I did! The artist that has this ceremic shop in Lucca, Italy, has done it for longer than 25 years. Not on his doors, but he also does amazing tiles, bowls, pitchers, etc. For you history buffs, the sister of Napoleon had a villa in this town - an hour W. from Frenze (Florence). Jesh~

THE ETERNAL GARDEN OF CREATIVITY Coming into the garden there is only one wish - to see everything in the light of the Eagle. Celia discovers every time she touches a new flower, something of the hurt of past generations evaporates in the pure air of the garden. When she brushes a finger over the petals, it somehow re-shapes her identity. It must be changing her eyes, since she begins to see things in a different color and mood. As she walks through the garden, and the wind subtly brushes her shoulder, he brings new fragrances to her attention. It intensifies her sense of smell so much that she can determine the good by the fragrance. Yet, the smallest hint of wrong, makes her wince in horror, for she knows evil is near. Even her hearing is reshaped. She begins to hear the intention behind what is said, which is the least enviable of all change in her senses. Maybe the most mind-boggling of all of these is that when she touches something, a story of the future starts forming in the front of her mind's eye. She starts knowing about the chair she grips, and who will sit on that chair in years to come. As her senses are changing, this effects her wishes. Her strong desire becomes never to leave this new world. She never intends to leave, but every time it happens. Whenever she recognizes something of the past, and goes after it, she suddenly stands outside, and hearung the garden door close behind her. The first time this happened, was when she took her eyes off the stunning sunset. She heard the whimpering bleating of a lamb. Upon walking in the direction of the sound, she sees a bloody leg of a helpless lamb, caught in a a thorny brush. "How could you have been so preoccuppied walking into this brush?" she chats, while trying to free the lamb. She is startled when the the lamb replies, "You did." "What? HOw did I?" she asks slightly offended. Then continues, "And what's up with the talking? How come you talk like a human being?" "I dont," responds the lamb cheerfully, "but your sense have changed in the garden. So, you know what I'm saying!" Then the lmab continued, "You wanna know how you did it?" Ceilia hesitantly nodded. "By the words you said, before you went into the Garden. They were so sharp that they made me bleed." Then Lamb commented with a sigh, "I knew you would come back out, so I have been waiting all this time." "How did you know I would come out?" asked Lamb incredulously. "Because ...the Eagle Creator can convince everyone who goes in the Garden 99 percent of the time to come out, and put in practice what they learned in there!" "But ... I didn't want to leave!" Lamb complained. "No one does!" Lamb laughed. Then, with a isng song voice, "Not your choice, Missy! When the Eagle thinks you need some experience to back up what happened in there, it's gonna happen!" With a frown, "How do you know all this?" asked Celia a little suspicious. "Oh, I've been in the Garden too. And as I know Eagle, he puts a high value on obedience," responds Lamb swisely. "Now, since you know so much ..." began Celia, while putting her hands up, "Waht am I supposed to do now?" Live your life, until het lets you go back in." "How do I know?" "You'll see the arched door in front of you," chuckles Lamb. "I can see you're new at this," and jumped off her lap, and started walking. "Oh, you can walk," notes Celia half surprised, half laughing. "Yep, have a good day Missy, " putting one paw up while walking away.漏StGermain
