Do people actually eat tofu, like, for real? It's not a bit, people can actually tolerate eating it?
#yeah. like i get it being from small town texas tofu isnt considered a standard food#but like. tofu is a global staple. it seems kind of disrespectful to portray it as a joke#tofu is good if prepared and cooked correctly.#i use tofu weekly. its delicious and worth figuring out how to use it correctly.

I think the concept of introversion may have harmed a lot of people, tbh
#ive seen this a ton in meyers-briggs community.#like INFPs love to wallow in self-pity about being too soft or sensitive#and it turns into something that holds people back from making themselves a more well rounded and adjusted person#Meyers-Briggs is kinda BS pop psychology at this point but i could see it being a helpful way to get language for self-discovery#and development. but it turns into believing in static almost bioessentialist assertions about their fundamental nature. which is nonsense.#it provides an (allegedly) scientific excuse to lean into comfortable but limiting statements about The Self thats way too reductive#anyway i had a meyere-briggs phase in my early 20s and im glad ive grown beyond 'personality psychology' or whatever
